We stopped here on Saturday December 26, 2015 after dropping someone off at the airport. I had a buy one/get one 50% off so why not? My fiancé and I sat in the bar area where the high top tables are huge which was nice– 4 people could sit there and not feel as if they are on top of each other. Our server was also the bartender and she was attentive for the most part. The prices seemed quite high– maybe b/c it’s close to the airport and hotels? Anyway, the salad bar seemed fresh minus some brown/lackluster lettuce. I ordered the grilled salmon w/steamed broccoli and the salad bar $ 16.59. The salmon was a bit salty but overall it was good albeit small. I washed it all down w/a diet coke $ 2.69. My fiancé ordered the hickory salmon w/spaghetti squash $ 16.99 and the salad bar. He enjoyed his dish along w/his unsweetened ice tea $ 2.69. After the coupon savings of $ 8.29, our total after tax was $ 33.51. They have tvs for your viewing pleasure, the bathroom was clean, overall positive experience.

I’m gonna sum this up for you all real short & sweet and right to the point. Average host/seating about 3min wait; crappy server, was completely inattentive. One can only assume what she was doing as the hostess and manager both asked us where she was. Hell, we are the customers, HTF are we supposed to know where she’s at; The food was mediocre at best. Lettuce was welping on the salad bar and only about half of it was stocked. Steak was over cooked and bland. I think the chef doesn’t have a palate. Salmon was overcooked as well and would have been dry but it was doused in so much sauce there’s no way anybody could tell. Best part of the meal was the Ruby Relaxer & Mai Tai drinks we had for $ 5 each. Even the place was nasty. It needed a good cleaning. I know now why it’s been so long since we’ve been here. It will be a while again.

Not great. Pasta lacking. Everything that’s fried is fried too much. Menu is too«busy» and overwhelms many folks. Salad bar didn’t look too appetizing walking by. Food came out late.

Ok its ruby Tuesday’s and I know I shouldn’t have expected too much. The salad bar was pretty sad looking when I got there. Lettuce was hanging all over the place, the tomatoes were soggy and stirring in a stew of their own juices the croutons were not crisp(maybe on purpose but I still didn’t like them) and the dressing had to be scraped off the bottom of the barrel if you wanted ranch(I went with Parmesan). I ordered the Asiago steak and a baked potato with butter and sour cream but only got he butter(it’s cool) but the biggest problem I had was the Asiago steak was so smothered in cheese sauce I couldn’t even taste the steak. I even scraped it off and nothing. So if your in the mood for mediocrity I would highly recommend this place to you. One plus side. It was pretty cheap.

Combo’s for 10.99 are a great value for lunch or dinner. Tried the new quesadilla and had salad bar. Service and food were both good.

The food was awful. I had the ribs and fried shrimp — two things hard to screw up. The ribs were tough, bland and visually unappetizing. The shrimp was fried in oil that needed to be replaced. The bar staff was nice, but not responsive. Overall, a very poor experience, especially considering I didn’t have high expectations. Clearly this chain is withering away.

This chain is dying a slow death and it is no suprise why. Inattentive staff, lackluster food, corporate décor. There are so many better choices. Hadn’t eaten here in years… and now I remember why.

This review is based on many times eating here. There are really only 2 reasons to ever go… Service & Salad bar! The entrees are microwave cooking at its finest and some of the coldest fries you will ever find. Thought long about giving 2 stars but the reasons I mentioned bumped it to a 3. The Resturant is always busy which explains how poor the food selections are around the airport area.

I recently stayed one night in Nashville at the Drury Inn & Suites located across the street. We decided to stop in at Ruby Tuesday because it was late-night on New Years Day and nothing else was open. Imagine my surprise when the dining experience here was actually pleasant and enjoyable. The service and food were much better than expected — especially when seeing the horrible reviews on Unilocal. How can you not enjoy complimentary biscuits and a $ 2.99 salad bar?

Ruby Tuesday«is what it is…» You kinda know the food you’re getting so what really differentiates is the service… or lack thereof. I met a friend for a quick bite in the bar. There were different groups of people, of two people or less, including me. While there, I observed three of us have issues. One poor girl’s food was wrong, she didn’t have time for them to fix it, so she was offered a free dessert. She LEFT without the free dessert because it took them too long to bring a slice of cake. She gave up after 10 minutes. The area wasn’t crowded, but the lackadaisical attitude to orders was ridiculous.

I eat here fairly often due to convenience and great salad bar. Today I decided to eat the turkey swiss sliders with a bowl of chicken tortilla soup. They were crazy salty! So they let me grab a salad instead and comped the whole lunch without even knowing I am the Duchess! :) Thanks!

The positive about this reataurant, it is close to the airport-BNA. Food is average, and actually reminds me of airport food. I had the salad bar, which is consistently good at most Ruby Tuesday’s. my husband had the grilled chicken salad, which looked like they got everything off the salad bar,(except the grilled chicken), and threw it in a big bowl. Our waitress was attentive and very sweet. She actually gave me the salad bar for $ 2.99, instead of $ 8.99. My rating is more a 2.5 star, then a 2 star.

The stench of the place was overpowering and dingy looking. Considering it was after dinner we stayed. The chicken musroom pasta and Baked Ravioli were good. As was my cheese burger with frys. The service was as expected. The salad bar was very fresh and well maintained. If one can get pass the initial wall of fog without gagging. The food is probably what you would expect.

As soon as I walked in, I knew I should have turned around and walked out. There was an awful smell pervading the entire place. Like an old folks home that hadn’t been properly cleaned. Getting a scent picture? As I was hungry, I ignored the flight reflex and sat down to eat. First thing I ordered was a glass of Malbec from the pre-printed corporate menu. Five minutes later the waitress returned to tell me that they, «no longer carry that wine.» Really? So I ordered. Syrah. Got a healthy glass of wine, to their credit. Salad bar was well stocked with fresh ingredients. My steak, however, was tough and very clearly microwaved. Yes, they nuked a steak. Blech! When my check came, I had been charged for the Malbec they«no longer carry.» Had to tell the waitress to change the price. And, making matters worse, I woke up at 3AM with an upset stomach. I guess I should have followed my nose, after all.

Never EVER get take out at this place. I was already never a fan of Ruby Tuesday to begin with, but especially not since their whole revamp-trying-to-be-fancier or whatever the attempt is with the knockoff Red Lobster cheddar bay biscuits(which by the way are TERRIBLE and nothing like the real thing). Anyway I was forced to come here because I was in town on business and outvoted by my coworkers. I just wanted the garden bar because I knew everything else would be bad, but I wanted to be a team player and didn’t want to have them waiting on me to fill up my plate since we were ordering takeout. Anyway I ordered the cajun shrimp pasta, the southwest taquitos, and the steak and lobster to take home to the bf. The pasta was terrible, the shrimp were not seasoned, it was like they threw it together and then sprinkled some cajun spice on top. The taquitos were surprisingly not bad in taste, but the outside roll to inside filling ratio was downright pathetic. My bf’s lobster was overcooked and the steak smelled like an old man. It was just all to the bad. Never again!

What a terrible location! This place is out of everything we have tried to order and the servers are incredibly rude. Next time, I will make sure to visit another nearby chain.

Great place with a great staff. I could eat anywhere but these guys and gals are too notch and the apps and desserts are more like high end restaurants than a franchise.

I love Ruby Tuesday mainly for their garden bar and croutons. Where else can you go fill your box with greens to your hearts content and them not weigh it? I’ll tell you where… Ruby Tuesday’s. Most places like Harris Teeter or Kroger would weigh that salad and charge you your first born, not RT. This place is a quick and easy lunch stop. For me, that’s good enough.
