Sherry Durham Hollands

Happily, I was able to hunt down Sherry since her migration from Jon Alan in Bellevue to her new digs in Belle Meade. Of course, I saw she moved to Belle Meade and assumed I’d now need to mortgage my house to afford her. Mercifully, her prices stayed the same and some things are actually less expensive!
While I miss Aveda, I don’t miss being ‘sold’ products, feathers (?) and stuff I’m just too dang old for! I love, love, love the small salon idea providing a quiet and relaxing place to chillax while Sherry works her hair magic. I totally get that it would be scary for a new client to go to small studio, but Sherry is conservative in making sure she gets to know what you want and honest in telling you what will look best.
I have a zillion pounds of crazy thick hair which everyone thinks must be SO fabulous, but in reality it never behaves, curls when I want it to lay down and drinks color. Sherry is a total champ, super funny to talk with and a consummate professional. She has yet to complain about my totally annoying hair and always makes me look great.
