Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

When I went in several months back, they told me they would give me a discount on a good deal of paint. I told them I needed to come back the next day because I needed to do some measurements to know how much paint to buy. When I came back the next say, the same guy who was there the day before wouldn’t honor the price he told me the day before.
Today, I stopped in another SW because I saw they were having a sale (the one on Lafayette was closed today) and I needed some more of the same paint (another trim area). Turns out the Lafayette store had never created the account they said they were creating for me. I’ve used Porter Paint and ICI in Nashville before for big remodeling tasks and always make sure they have an account with my paints on file. Well, the SW on Lafayette just used some default account because I wasn’t on file.
To top things off, they didn’t put the formula on the paint cans so they had to do a match rather than reproduce the same blend.
SW paint are great. I’m never going back to the Lafayette store in Nashville.
