Nasi is amazing! I went to her on recommendation of a friend and now even though I have moved out of state, I use her services every chance I get when I return for visits. She knows what she’s doing & is kind, caring, and friendly to boot.

Love Nasi! Her injections are very natural. Their skin care line is wonderful as well.

All I can say is, I LOVE YOU Ms. Cynthia! I got a gift card to get a massage last year for my birthday and I finally got to spend it & had the best experience. I’ve never had a massage before, and that was one of the reasons I was hesitant to getting one. I didn’t want to feel insecure about my body for a long time in front of a stranger half naked you know? HOWEVER, I am SO GLAD I finally got the courage to go and get it done! Cynthia made my whole HOUR appointment very welcoming and comforting. She told me I could undress to my comfort level, which took a load of insecurity off my shoulders. I left the place extremely relaxed and anxiety-​free! I’ve never had such an awesomely-​odd feeling before. She was very knowledgable and gave me tips for after massage care. Olivia, who’s at the front desk, was the most polite and courteous receptionist I’ve ever met, and confirmed my appointment several times which I really appreciated since I’m a bit of a forgetter. But no way one can forget such an amazing experience from Cynthia! She’s so sweet, and takes great care of you, your aches & pains all at once in a warm, cozy cocoon of therapeutic oil scents. I am definitely looking forward to my next appointment! & MOST CERTAINLY recommend Cynthia for a first massage, or a new massage therapist! LOVE HER!

I have had facials before but Mary is the best. Her dermaplaning with peel facial is amazing. You will see results immediately. Her knowledge of the field and love of what she does comes through each time. I have also had the owner Nasi procedures and she’s incredible as well, First rate for all services! Not to mention prices are fair and they are nicest people you could meet. Highly recommend!

Updating this review to include my love for Lori aka The Brow Whisperer. She has taken my far too thin, over plucked brows and helped me grow them out and thicken them up and the shape she gave me is on point! I love her love her love her!!!

I just moved to the Nashville area. I was nervous about seeing someone new to do my bikini waxing. I was at ease the moment I meet Lori! She was very professional and very funny! Great personality! Her waxing prices are a little high but well worth it. The kind she uses I never had before and it didn’t hurt like regular wax! I am taking my daughter to see her and I will definitely be returning to her. You are awesome Lori!!!

Once upon a time I impulsively thought lash extensions would be a great idea.
So I did some Googling and found that Amanda B (Mandi) is certified and she works here.
I called and asked to make an appointment with her and the receptionist said that Chelsea was the only one available. I said I’d wanted Mandi because she’s certified. I was told that Chelsea is certified also. Great!
During my visit, I learned that Chelsea was «trained by Mandi» and alarm bells went off.
The job was not good. I said I wanted something that looked mostly natural. Granted, perhaps I should have brought in photos or examples. My bad. Still, I could see where the lashes had been clumped and glued on the outside corners of my eyes and the same long length had been used all the way across, so even my innermost lashes were suuuper long (it was obvious, in other words, that these were nowhere near natural.)
I told Chelsea right away how I felt and she set up an appointment with Mandi the next day to fix it. I requested a refund and was initially refused but when I explained that I’d been told that Chelsea was certified, I was given a refund by the owner. The next day Mandi gave me the option of removing them or swapping out the obvious bad ones with shorter ones.
When I seemed uncertain about fixing them, Mandi asked if she could do a few short lashes as an example. I said yes. When she was done I asked «could we just remove them all?» (I had 30 minutes left on my lunch break.) She said it would take too long. Fair enough. They’d now spent about 2 hours on me total for no profit. I let it go and left with wonky looking lashes, jumped on Google and called LASH immediately to see if someone could get me in for a removal that night.
Caitlin Hart at LASH removed them in 15 minutes. I was in at 7:15 and out at 7:28.
My suggestions: I’m not sure how to review Mandi’s services because she was doing a repair job. She was very friendly and warm, as was Chelsea. Perhaps they could offer Chelsea’s services at a discounted rate and, if Chelsea isn’t certified yet, just be transparent about the fact that she is still in apprentice mode.

Had a facial with Kayla and it was amazing! I have very sensitive skin, but had no problems with SkinMB’s products. Definitely the most relaxing hour I’ve ever spent! Very reasonable prices for the quality of service. I’ll definitely be back!

Lori is the absolute best! I went to her to get my first-​ever Brazilian, & she definitely made it as enjoyable as a wax can be. She is a great aesthetician & a great story-​teller. I have been back to see her many times.
