Slowest sonic I have ever been to. Just waited 25 minutes for a slushy, that I never received because I had somewhere to be and couldn’t wait any longer. If you’re dying for sonic go the extra mile to the Sonic on 70 or Charlotte.

A cold dog rather than a hot dog. No heat. Tasted like it came right from the package into the bun. Frito pie also less than warm. I’ve had similar experiences here before, but this location is just so convenient when having a hunger attack.

Terrible service. Every time you order, staff always seems surprised and there’s a long hesitation before someone says, «What was that?» Lots of standing around inside, when you go actually get food the order often isn’t right. Needs some corporate attention, fast.

A Sonic close to heading to work. It’s a Sonic. All about the same. Sometimes they are faster on days and sometimes not so much. This is not as crowded as the few downtown, which works for and against themselves. For some reason another reviewer said their is always something broken, I go for the tea and icees. Rarely get food, but it seems fresh each time. Service again is touch and go.

Always slow, like other reviews have stated even when you’re the only customer! They never even apologize for the slow service and it has been under cooked/over cooked and incorrect most orders. I don’t know how this location stays open. Skip this one and head to the one on 70.

They’re ice cream machine is consistently broken during Half Priced shakes. Something is always broken or not working.

Pulled up, pushed the button and waited… And waited… nothing. Pushed the button again and waited for someone to take our order. Absolutely no response. After waiting for 4 or 5 more mins, we finally left. Will not visit again.

If this could have zero stars it definitely would. The service is awful took over 8 mins to get food after driving to the window from a stall. Then asked which stall we came from while being the only people here. On top of that didn’t even get the correct order we paid paid for. Might I add it was one burger and fries. And again the only people in the parking lot. The staff of 4 was not helpful and our food was sitting to the side. Some of the worst service I’ve ever seen anywhere.

Seriously, how can your ice cream machine miraculously be broken Every. Single. Wednesday. Night. The past three weeks we have tried to go to this Sonic, the ice cream machine has been broken. This week they tell us it’s broken with a laugh. I’m pretty sure it’s not really broken and they just hate us. UPDATE. Just went and the ice cream machine was«broken». Our preacher went through the the drive thru and got THREE ice creams. Really?

I feel like if sonic sent corporate reps to this location… They would shut it down, burn it, take the insurance money, and offer up the land to McDonalds. Steer clear of this one at all costs. I tried giving them the«3rd time» benefit of the doubt, but I have to give up. Extremely slow service, incorrect orders, and don’t ever expect to see a carhop on skates here. In the words of Ripley: «Nuke it from orbit, it’s the only way to be sure.»

One of the worst/slowest sonics I’ve ever been to. It’s the closest one to me, so I’ve had more than one bad experience here. Most of the time all I get is a drink & it still takes them forever, on top of taking forever to even take your order. Even had a drive through worker get rude with me about my credit card being charged more than once… they should double check to make sure the window is closed before bad mouthing customers to coworkers! I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Worst visit yet! I knew I shouldn’t have stopped at this Sonic but i did. Took 4 minutes to take order, 26 minutes later a car hop delivers to car that came way after me. I asked about my order and 4 minutes later as I am backing up because my lunch break is now over she appears with my food… well some of my food. I said where is my burger so she goes back to get it and gives it to me along with my money back. Burger is cold and no receipt, I guess they think I wouldn’t complain if I did t have the information to do so. WRONG! Never ever again at this Sonic! EVER!

Wow! I didn’t expect this speed and kindness at a Sonic of all places. Just stopped in for a slushy break off I40 and was so warmly greeted. If I have to drive this route again I’ll make this stop again. Great ending to a fun Nashville weekend!

I have never had a bad experience at this sonic. The carhops are always friendly and our food always comes out how we order it. Last time, it took about 5 minutes for them to bring out 2 drinks. To make up for it, they gave us tokens for 2 free rt 44 drinks!

My visit today reminds me of why I go to the Hwy. 70 or the Charlotte Ave. location rather than yours. My order is always wrong, food barely hot, standards are crappy. Get charged for food that I did order only to find out its not in the bag. Sorry your management needs to be evaluated. Employees retrained. They are nice, just poorly trained in Quality Control. Try harder.
