Yikes. I am writing this review not because I tried their baked goods and concluded they were inadequate. I am basing this review on the extremely poor customer service I received when I attempted to order a cake for my husband’s birthday. I called on a Wednesday preceding his Saturday birthday and was told that the only designs they could offer were either balloons or polka dots — neither seemed appropriate for a 48 year old man’s birthday. The woman explained they did not make the cakes on premises and couldn’t spend the time decorating anything but these «easy» decorations. I was offered no alternatives, no creative problem solving, and when I finally asked if she could recommend an alternative bakery, I got a resounding «no.» Bottom line, I felt like they didn’t really care if I gave them my business or not. No thanks!

This west Nashville location has no oven, with their cookies and cakes brought to West Nashy from across the Cumberland five days a week from the main Sweet-​N-​Sassy in Madison. Currently only open limited hours, they have many things sold in the mother store. You may also look at photos of sample cakes and order them here.
