If you’re looking for a place to live in Nashville, the Wilson Group has, in my experience, been a fantastic agency to work with. Laura (Monin) Boldt has been my agent through 3 home-​buying and selling transactions and each time, she worked tirelessly to help me find the perfect home. My first time working with Laura, I was single and didn’t have a lot of cash to work with. She patiently helped me look (off and on) for about 9 months until I found the home I eventually purchased in East Nashville. During my time living in that home, I got married and had a baby. After 3 years there, we hired Laura as our listing agent and she helped give us all the right tips and pointers to help us sell our home in 27 days. At that time, we had already chosen a townhome we liked that was under construction and decided to work with the agent in the development. Long story short, after months of waiting, the contractor welched just days before we were supposed to close and we were left in a huge bind. Guess who came to our rescue? Laura! And she helped us find the home we needed– size, location, neighborhood– and it’s SO much better than the place we ended up losing! We hope we are here to stay in our new home… but if anything ever comes up and we need to sell, we will be calling the Wilson Group! They know real estate in Nashville!
