I am from Michigan, but raised in North Texas. Here for a few weeks in the Nashville area for work. This place was recommended by the locals.
As somebody that travels often and can appreciate great BBQ. Let me tell you this place is where it’s at. For 10.00 they have a 3 meat 2 sides Combo plate that is pure Heaven on earth for any carnivore. While it’s not a fancy place by any means, I challenge you to find better BBQ. In the words of Trish herself «we don’t have a fancy place, just a fancy smoker «.

this is probably a 3.5
little shack on the side of the road, i did not ask, but everyhting they served looked like they made it themselves and nothing was store bought:
cole slaw, potato salad.
pulled pork and sliced beef was tasty.
