In a world where everyone sells something at the same price what sets you apart? Customer service and kindness. 1st Dr Laura Kobrick did the most thorough exam I’ve ever received. 2nd Deidra & Tiffini went way more than the extra mile. Respect, kindness & promptness. Deidra helped find a pair that I feel I look good in. Made sure they fit. Tiffini Contacted insurance. It was the total package. As I sit here and wait for My wife I watch how they treat others. 5 stars. Oh and the coffee is good! Here’s to seeing my beautiful wife clearly. Thanks visionary eyeworks. PS our whole family comes here. Kids too. They love it! You will too

I think there are some great deals with those daily coupons. I like to get eye exams, massages, car repair, teeth cleaned. whatever I can do in my life to make it a little more affordable. With that being said, I have gotten three daily coupons for eye exams. Three exams in Nashville in three years. Three different prescriptions!!! Whatever you do, don’t believe that one eye exam is enough when you get three different doctors with three different outcomes! I liked this doctor because she was so thorough and engaging. She was explicit with her exams, checking everything and she also recommended that I get a pressure test from an ophthalmologist. None of the other doctors suggested that. I will return to her. Out of the three I have reviewed, she is by far the best and thorough, and Lord knows, we can’t replace our eyes!!!

The first time I went, I was«consulted» by the sales lady who works in the front. I made my appointment then. The second time I went was for my eye exam, and the doctor wanted me to try a new kind of contact lenses that«corrects for my astigmatism», which I had no idea I had, even though I have been getting regular eye exams for 20 years. The 3rd time I went was to check to see how the lenses fit and to order lenses(I opted not to use the correcting lenses because there was not a noticeable difference from my regular, non-correcting lenses). The fourth time I went, the door was locked and no one answered my knocks or my calls, even though it was in the middle of the afternoon on Friday, when they are suppose to be open. The 5th and final time I went was to pick up my lenses. Needless to say, I have spent more time in that place than I ever want or need to. There will not be a 6th time.
