When this venue is elbow to elbow and the staff can still make you feel that it’s all about you, is a sign of great leadership.
The service provided this New Year’s Eve was simply amazing for my party of six! I will always look forward to their ability to exceed expectations.

If you’re like me, and you’re not a country person but want a taste of the experience while visiting Nashville and don’t want to wait in a crazy long line, this bar is for you. A good crowd but it wasn’t overly packed, not an annoying «scene» kind of place, and friendly bartenders. Thumbs up.

I really enjoy coming here before and after Preds games and concerts downtown! Good music, good staff, def have my favs like Shawna (even tho she’s a Hawks fan! Haha), friendly and fun! Great place to go when downtown!

One of the better bars on the strip… based on service and music quality… this is a regular weekly stop. In my opinion best time to go is Monday or Wednesday. Sarah is about the best bartender you’ll find in nashville… friendly, cheerful, one heck of a singer if you get the pleasure to hear her sing, attentive to the customers… just a real pleasure. And then there is Brit Stokes playing some tunes… listen to him once and you’ll be hooked… I make it a point to roll in on Monday/​wed. Every chance I can just for these 2.

One of the best Honky Tonks/​Bars on Broadway! Great music and even better drinks. Molly Bird kills it behind the bar! If you’re looking for a fun place with a friendly staff, look no further!

The atmosphere at Whiskey Bent is great and the bands have always been fantastic each time I have been there. I especially love going when Amber is bar tending. She’s got a wonderful personality and knows her drinks! Thanks for making the night that much more fun, Amber!

One of my favorite places in Nashville. Sunday Funday with Shawn Mayer and Mark Dooley (12 – 3) is some of the best live music around. Shawna Hornbeck bartends every Sunday with her faithful partner Molly Bird. They always make my cocktail just the way I like it, and are super fun. There is no place else to be on Sunday afternoon!

Stopped in here for a quick drink as we ventured. Ordered a vodka redbull for 9.75 and watched her pour skol vodka and use energy drink off the gun, Not worth it

As I’m not a huge country music fan, it was great to hear some rock’n’roll! They also have a huge beverage selection including top shelf liquors. I would definitely recommend this to people looking for live music outside the normal honkytonk!

This place was fun! We were here celebrating a friends 40th bday. We stopped here our last day in town in the afternoon and a girl was the laying. I bought her cd and both he and the guitar player sounded great and were friendly :))

Nice décor in this bar. It is a bit above average in size, and the sound was really good. The staff was awesome at serving you, no matter how crowded it got. The place does get crowded, and they have awesome bands, as do all the bars on this street. Just a truly amazing music experience.

Strolling down Broadway and killing time before Tim McGraw we popped into this place to check out some live tunes for a few minutes… prices were good, bartenders were attentive… the music wasn’t too loud so you could hear yourself think and when it was time to settle up they were quick with the tab… can’t ask for much more than that…

Having a great time, no cover, and sodas were free for my dad who doesn’t drink or they didn’t charge. The alcohol drinks are a little expensive but you have to drink whisky in TN if given the chance. Have a wide variety of liquor/​whisky and a few good beers. Wish they had a couple local drafts.

Nashville, TN
I came here the other day with my mom (who was visiting from California) to try and give her a feel for the Nashville live music scene. We grabbed some beers and listened to the band for about an hour and a half. The atmosphere has a very country vibe and the bartenders were great! My only complaint was that the band wasn’t that great. I’m sure they rotate bands throughout the week so I’m thinking we just caught them on a bad night. Needless to say, this place was fun!

Located on Broadway, in the midst of a ton of bars and shops. Great live music scene, and nice inside, too! Not a dive bar at all. Gets very crowded, even the afternoons! Then there’s whiskey, and more whiskey. If that’s your poison this is your place.
As a fellow Unilocaler noted, there is no food served here, and sometimes you need a bite, if only so you can have another and still be coherent! It was fun!

Not a super loud and obnoxious bar like the others on Broadway. Love the music here, a little toned down. We were here during the day so things could change of course. There seemed to be more polished music acts. It was one of the few that we stopped into and stayed for the quality music.

Not very crowded sat at the bar and able to get a beer quickly. Ordered the Yazoo beer but not very cold.
The live band playing country music was really good and kept the crowd entertained. A good place while enjoying good music and a couple drinks before moving on to the next place.

A MOOSE … My favorite wild baby & lots of other animals on the walls plus a polar bear greets you at the entry !!
The drinks are good… Especially the whiskey ! Remember, this IS Jack Daniels country !!! Charley R. Is a great bar tender… She made me a super Jack Daniel’s lemonade! A very talented country band performs & mixes with the patrons !
It makes for an enjoyable evening in Nashville !
