Excellent experience with Dr. Williams and her nurse, Anne. Extremely patient and thorough, she really listens to what is being said. Admits that she won’t have all the answers in one visit, but I’ve never seen a doctor who is so generous with her time in my 50 years.
Very small operation, just the doctor, her nurse, and receptionist. Both doctor and nurse are extremely pleasant and personable, and Dr. Williams really takes the time to ask questions to get a complete picture of the whole patient, not necessarily just the symptoms that may have prompted the appointment. I live in Fairview so it’s a haul for me to get to her office down on Patterson, but I will gladly keep making the drive for the excellent care, accurate diagnoses, and courtesy Dr. Williams provides. It’s so refreshing to be treated with respect and consideration from a doctor who doesn’t presume her time is more valuable than that of her patients.
