Son purchased one fertilizer from one company, and I purchased Earth Juice Grow & Bloom from Worm’s Way… His garden is still stunted and mine is flourishing… It’s all in the right fertilizer. When I was told that the hemp growers buy their fertilizer from Worm’s Way… I decided if it was good enough for them, it was good enough for me, and now I call my fertilizer«Pot Juice.» I’m waiting on my sunflowers to all bloom… I have about 100 sunflower plants, waiting on the sun to shine… We don’t get many sunny days here in Nashville, any more… People’s gardens are not thriving because of the no sun… but when the sun does shine, the plants beg for more… and with the Pot Juice, I have a chance to have a successful garden. Pot Juice… Earth Juice. Bloom and Grow… ====== great stuff.

Every time I’ve visited the store, the staff has been helpful, friendly, and informative. Particularly patient with my newbie questions. Our seed garden is sprouting well thanks to their guidance.

So, I was trying to find a place that carried plants and compost for my garden but in my neighborhood, Google immediately brought me here. I was a little worried based on other reviews, but was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and knowledgeable the staff were. The guy I talked to was very excited to talk about growing vegetables and flowers and couldn’t have made me feel better about my chances for success this summer. While they did not have any plants, he got me started with some seeds for lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, snap peas, and zinnias. I was nervous to try this technique, but two weeks later ALL of my seeds have come up and they are already putting on more leaves. He was happy to help me set up my garden within my budget, and even taught me about hydroponics when I told him how many salads I eat. Seriously considering that as an investment next winter! Please go in and see these guys, they are truly incredible. Not only did they have all of the organic fertilizers I was looking for, but they gave me more confidence in my own gardening abilities! I will definitely be returning to this store. _______________________________________________ SO, I went back to get help from Worm’s Way with my seedlings, and some lady with Red Hair helped me. She was rude, inconsiderate, and even told me that she had fired the employee that helped me last time. I don’t even think that’s legal. She talked to me for all of about 2 minutes before leaving the store, where I saw her smoking angrily on my way out. The other employee that talked to me last time was also there, but looked as though the life had been sucked out of him. Even the plants that made me feel so comfortable shopping with them appeared to be on their last limbs. I guess my positive view of this company was mainly a positive view of one employee. I will not be coming back, I went into All Seasons(on 8th avenue south) immediately afterwards and will do the rest of my garden shopping there. Avoid this place. It made me so uncomfortable to go back here after such a positive first encounter.

I went there as it was touted as a gardening and home brew supply store. I wish I’d taken a picture of the 10 foot wide 4 foot high shelf of all things Worm’s Way beer supply. To those not in the home brewing game, I’m saying it didn’t have much. It seems like it had 3 or 4 types of pre-packaged beer making can kits, a few grains, and what you needed to make a basic batch of ok beer. I mean, it had what you need to get started with ok beer, but nothing beyond that when I was there. What it did have was every possible thing you might need to grow your weed. There were grow lights, ventilators, misters, tubing, soil additives, timers, temperature controls, a cornucopia of cannabis cajoling crap. Ok, maybe I exaggerate a bit on how much this seemed like a 1-stop-shop for indoor substance growing as there are legal uses for the equipment — such as growing hops, which they didn’t have a readily displayed selection of… no, if you’re going to grow weed this is the place… if you have any need for an indoor vented humidity controlled greenhouse, this is the place. Hydroponics? Yup this is it. Homebrewing no… go elsewhere. It did have some pretty decent gardening items I will say, but all I can think is they threw in homebrewing into their ads to seem like it was all things garden. Nice folk there though, and this was a few months ago so I’ll be back to check it out next time I’m in the area.
