Decided to publish this draft from 2014 because no one should have to endure this place.
Zoya RUINED my hair when I went — -It was a freaking disaster! I went here in 2013 to get subtle blonde highlights for my brown hair and what I received looked like a marriage of a skunk and bad 90’s chunky highlights.
When the owner rinsed my hair, I felt hair falling out. She said «this happens» and when I saw the damage, I was mortified. Hair does not just fall out.
I told her this was not what I had showed her or what we agreed upon. The owner attempted to correct the mess but it was horrible. My tresses were damaged and my hair color looked cheap. There I was, with damaged hair, sitting in a salon filled with her loitering family members, sobbing. The owner told me that she used to do hair in franklin and compete in shows. She was argumentative and defensive and would not admit that she fried my hair.
Do not go here. Save yourself and your hair and go somewhere else.
