This was a great find while in Natchez on business. I had coffee and a scone a few mornings and lunch once. The lunch was great, as was the scone. The coffee was ok, a little bitter, but ok. I found the staff friendly and accommodating. I would definitely frequent this place if I were in Natchez.

Sorry to say my experience here on this beautiful Mother’s Day was very sub par. I can say our waitress Jackie was the only positive during this experience. She was very apologetic for the wait and other shortcomings. Management was not available to help staff after she noticed the delay in service, instead she left. The kitchen ran out of several items, and some of my party never received their orders at all. It was easy to see the poor management of this business.

First of all I love the idea of a locally owned coffee company /diner restaurant in Natchez ! We come here at least once a month on a Sunday after waking up late. We love the breakfast option all day. But… The last few visits have been miserable !! We ask for grits the response is «we are out«. We ask for a sausage croissant the response«we’re out«. We have friends that come in town we bring them here on a Saturday morning and we have to wait on our self because the service is non existent. We come on a Sunday and they say they are out of sausage …“wait what? « Then they say they are closing soon so they cant do it ! … What it’s 1 pm they close at 2 pm? Consistency is what gets repeat business and they have lost my business !! Might try again one day but I want to hear good things about the improvements before I return !! If you can’t keep enough supplies to fill an order on your menu then what good is having a menu ! If you are still reading you must be the owner /manager or operator… Please take this as I love your establishment but I can’t keep getting the disappoint I get when I spend my hard earned money on your products and services !

Practically the only place in town with a decent breakfast but we are frequently disappointed. They are almost always out of half the items on their menu. I have many food intolerances/restrictions and this makes eating here very challenging since they’re almost always out of plain grits. Also, their wait staff is sub-par at best due to poor management and training. Definitely need to make some changes before I’ll recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve eaten at Natchez Coffee 3 times. 1st time was pretty good, second time a disaster, and third time’s the charm. Here’s the thing-if you want eggs and coffee past 10am in Natchez, your choices are 1) Shoneys(and a nasty one at that) or 2) Natchez Coffee. Yes, the service can be slow(interminably at times) but if you want ruthless efficiency, vacation in New Jersey. You’re in the deepest spot of the Deep South. Take a breath. Things are slower here I recommend the standard breakfast plate with grits and house toast. The grits I had today were coarse, stone ground grits-in other words, the good kind(available with cheese as well!) I had eggs over medium(cooked perfectly) crisp bacon and best of all, the house yeast toast is closer to French Toast-totally indulgent. Ask for the Devereux hot sauce for the eggs-amazing Now last time, I got the Papa Brown omelette«with everything», and it was the worst attempt at an omelette I’ve ever experienced. Let’s just say that my idea of eggs usually doesn’t involve huge chunks of zucchini and squash. That said, today’s experience was a delight. The server was quick and efficient. The food was great, and they gave me that 3rd cup of Pecan coffee to go. Besides, where else you gonna go? Shoneys?

Tucked behind a «Main Street America» downtown storefront is a wonderful little coffee shop. Wood floors, tables, and chairs and a long counter gives this place a homey feel, like an old malt shop or candy store from the 50’s or 60’s. They have a hot breakfast menu, muffins, sandwiches, soup, and cold drinks in addition to the various coffee options. Coffee was great and served in a big mug. I would have to order at least a medium size at Starbucks to get the amount of coffee I got here for a couple bucks. I’m not much of a coffee drinker, but this place was just too perfect not to drop in and soak up the atmosphere. If you’re in Natchez and need a quick caffeination station stop, make it here and you won’t regret it!

We stopped at Natchez Coffee Company to pick coffee and breakfast sandwiches for the road. The coffee was good but had a bit of a flavor to it that I was not used to. The breakfast sandwiches were made with quality ingredients and very well prepared. Really excellent!

We came here for breakfast because our B&B had that serve yourself cereal option. I had toads in the hole, which were really delicious. I loved the bread. The place is spacious and has local art on the walls that you can purchase. The waitstaff was friendly and generally attentive.

I’ve made a habit of coming to the sweet little café whenever I’m in Natchez. Has decent lunch options, but mostly just a comfy place to while away a few hours with a book and a cup of coffee. Outlets for charging your laptop are also a plus. Homegrown, unpretentious atmosphere. Staff have been consistently friendly. Recommended.

Don’t go unless you have at least an hour to an hour and a half time slot to eat. Service is very slow. Also, pretty sure they use egg beaters instead of real eggs. The pancake tasted like it was cooked with some fishy tasting fish or something. Also, the coffee was watered down. If you want a fresh cup of coffee, go to steampunk on high st in Natchez. If you want some low grade eggs and pancake, might as well head to DQ., it’s at least cheaper.

Visited for coffee and muffins one morning: Average coffee, dry baked goods. Visited for lunch another: Watery soup, no flavor, teeny tiny rubbery shrimp and a pesto wrap that was really bad. Soggy, gross cooked spinach, no flavor at all to wrap/chicken. Definitely not worth the money.

Located around several restaurants and boutiques and a very cool brewery, Natchez Coffee made for the perfect spot to stop and cool off while exploring the city! Great spot to study, stop for a snack or a quick pick me up, or to just step in to cool down with a yummy frappé! I tried the Aussie. It was actually very tasty, and 3 shots of espresso yes please. Triple the love, guys! The servers were kind and diligent in the work! While it wasn’t necessarily craft coffee, I wasn’t disappointed with my experience. They offer much more than coffee including pastries, green/energy drinks, and flavored coffees and blended drinks. Stop by and give it a try!

It’s the Natchez Food and Wine Festival, expect to be busy! Never seen such chaos. 37 minute wait on 2 lattes? Ordered a cinnamon roll from the display case, bowl of oatmeal and a veggie omelet. Took 55 minutes? 2 of the 3 items are already made. Will not be back!

Larger than looks from outside. Service fair, coffee good, and food average. Orange juice was a little on bitter side, and hash browns were fried on top and scanty. Nice atmosphere but would probably only go back for a coffee and muffin.

The service was lacking. The cinnamon roll waffle was fantastic! My eggs were cold but everything else was cooked to perfection. This is a quiet spot that we’d come back to.

Horrible. my wife ordered over medium eggs and they got them wrong 3 times. She finally got a BLT. It was missing tomatoes on half the sandwich. The best thing was the bread! I ordered eggs over medium and they were brown and hard. We came here last year and it was a great experience. This time. we will never come back.

Our visit to Natchez Coffee Company came as an unexpected treat since it was included with our stay at Weymouth Bed & Breakfast in Natchez. My wife and I had read about them before we went and thought we’d like to try the coffee anyway. Not only did we get some good coffee(in huge mugs), we had a great breakfast. I had eggs, sausage, pancakes — basically a good Southern breakfast — and my wife had the Breakfast Platter. The bacon had great smoky flavor and the pancakes were light and fluffy. We both had the cheese grits and they were hot and good. My eggs and sausage were good and well cooked. You should check them out the next time you are in Natchez — but bring a good appetite because you won’t leave hungry!

Service was friendly and atmosphere was old and warm feeling. But I hated the way the manager/owner treated the staff. She was loud and ordering them around in front of the customers. Really turned me off from ever going back in if I’m in that town. But to the young man who took my order(over her yelling), thanks for being calm and friendly under those conditions. And my vanilla bean iced coffee was perfect.
