I’ve had multiple times where I’ve made an appointment for a cleaning and exam, and not had a dentist there for the exam. They’ve never once called me ahead of time to let me know about this. Last week, there was a chance of snow for the afternoon. They canceled my morning appointment and forced me to reschedule. When I rescheduled, I confirmed that it was for a cleaning and exam with the dentist and was assured the dentist would be there. Guess what, showed up for the appointment and no dentist for the exam. This is not what I expect from a dentist and it’s never been a problem with any dentist I had before I moved to Natick. I’d advise going to someone else who actually knows how to schedule and keep appointments

good dentist. have seen him every six months for 3 years and he has always been at my appointments. they are very flexible allowing early morning (8 AM) appointments any day requested. highly recommend this practice. the hygienists that clean the teeth have been excellent.

Place looks like in has not been renovated in years. The Dentist that owns the practice is ALWAYS on vacation. In his stead he has a carousel of poor kids just out of school doing his work. STAY AWAY!!!
