They are excellent at what they do, which is provide a variety of teas both for fresh beverages and as loose leaf.

Mmm indulgent! This store is the cutest and so is all of their packaging. I’m a sucker for great brand design. I’m not the biggest tea drinker but decided to try it since I wanted something different than typical Starbucks. I was overwhelmed by the selection of teas here but when I went to the counter, the associate was so easy to talk to. I told her what I like and what sort of beverage I was looking for. She quickly pulled a few options as we chatted and let me smell them all. The first and her fave pick was Alpine Punch and it smelled heavenly. Perfect for what I wanted. It was a little nutty and had warm notes which were just what I was looking for in a slightly sweet hot latte. I enjoyed my experience here so much, I’ll be back! I remember years ago when Teavana first opened, I never took to it even though I really wanted to like it. I’m so glad it wasn’t like that here. And there are so many things here that would make nice gifts! Although I could probably buy everything in the store for myself. :P

I have mixed feelings about this store. The first time I came in the staff was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. They walked me thru all of the different kinds and flavor distinctions. The last time I came the girl that helped me knew nothing about the tea and couldn’t help so she asked her coworker who knew just as much as she did. The first few teas I tried I did like but I just couldn’t get past the taste of «flavoring» ingredients. I prefer my teas to be flavored 100% natural with fruits, spices, etc not with added flavors. I am not sure but from the reviews maybe I am the only one that can taste the difference but loose leaf tea is not very cheap and I like to get what I pay for. I will be sticking with other tea brands even if they are a little more expensive.

Am a frequent steeper, I love their teas! They have so many varieties, and are happy to let you smell any you’d like. The best part is that they are affordable, especially when compared to Teavana.

I am in love with this tea! Randomly found a store in the Boston area after having tried them in Vancouver and I was thrilled. The products are interesting and the prices are great(it’s not expensive like Teavana). The staff is super nice and willing to answer any questions. I also like that their free tea samples are not sweetened so you know what you’re getting if you don’t plan to add sugar. I bought a few smaller cannisters of tea and a great Nordic mug. I can’t wait to go back and purchase some other flavors!

They make lattes and are really sensitive to allergies. They are also pretty organic and aware of the environment. They also have this tea pop which they use carbonated water in tea to make an almost tea soda which is cool and makes fruity teas pretty spectacular. They have a large variety of tea, anything that could come from your imagination from cotton candy to strawberry banana to chili chai to your typical greens and whites and oolongs. They also have a free membership card which you can rack up points on for free cups of tea so you can try new teas at no charge. Its really fantastic. They also have some styling containers and cups and travel mugs in all sorts of colors of the rainbow and even sealed packets of teas to take on the go for any size from cups to pitchers. Seriously. Go check this place out. Don’t underestimate its small size, its got a big personality and will come to be a pretty big company.

Not one for beating a dead horse, i must add to the choir of other reviews here, David’s Tea staff are amazing! They are always courteous, and are ready to help you in a time-efficient manner. The manager of the store, Emily, is very knowledgeable, professional and let’s not forget devoted! She has helped me numerous times to find that special«one» tea that i need for a morning, afternoon, night or just for relaxing. The friendly staff members are what drew me into David’s Tea, and not a day goes by that i miss Teavana’s prices or smothering staff members(sorry, not sorry). I love this place and frequent the store multiple times per week. I have never had a bad experience with this store and i look forward to trying more of their wide variety of teas. 5 out of 5 baby…

Professional, friendly staff. They always go over and above to make the customers feel welcome weather you are spending a lot or just getting a cup of delicious tea. They pull out canister after canister and help you with tea recipes. I can’t go to the Natick mall without stopping at David’s Tea(sorry Starbucks)!

Friendly staff, delicious tea! Got a cup of tea for the moment and some to take home for later moments. Didn’t get any names but the folks who were working were awesome. Can’t wait to go back and try more. Remarkable selection.

Their store manager Emily is bad for business. I’ve spent over a thousand dollars at this store and when it came time to redeem the free tea, she was rude about it and her response was«ouch.» The two times we went to return $ 30 worth of stuff, she again was offended and gave me a dirty look.

Refreshing tea experience in the high end tea shopping at the Natick mall. We used to shop at that other tea store, however I didn’t like the strong artificial flavors, and high prices. We tried Davids and it’s been a refreshing experience. Their teas are reasonably priced, and subtly flavored but delicious. I like the Chocolate Chili Chai and my kids love Bear Trap, a fruity herbal tea. We have a food allergy and the staff were helpful in double checking ingredients. The standout thing about David’s is super friendly & helpful staff! They have invited my kids to help dispense their teas & are enthusiastic and genuinely nice. We make it a regular stop when we are at the Natick Mall.
