Delmar’s Professional Tree Service

My neighbor booked Delmar to take down a tree overhanging my house. I can’t speak to their pricing/​contract/​booking process, but I can speak to their service & performance. I’ve never taken out a tree before, so naturally my first thought is safety of my property and liability issues. I expressed my concern to the the manager (owner?). He happily reviewed his plan to remove the tree with me before doing so. He addressed all my concerns about liability and potential destruction of any bushes or grass that I was working hard to restore this spring. He assured me nothing would be damaged in the process and the tree would be taken out in small and easily manageable pieces to avoid any damage to what was below it. He also shared his insurance information with me.
The guys proceeded to take the tree out without any issue, and carefully respected my property the entire time. At least from my perspective, I think they did a great job. I admit I was skeptical at first that nothing would fall on my house as the tree branches were long and extended over the house. No issues at all. Good job.
