Dunkin’ Donuts

New manger is awesome really nice and helpful. Line moves pretty fast she makes the store run faster and smoother.

Most dysfunctional Dunkin donuts ever .
Waited in line 15 minutes ordered a coffe and hot coco, and then waited another 20 for my order.
Very disappointed

My favorite dunkins. Always gets the order right and helps everyone even when the line is out the door.

Zero stars. Worst run DD ever. Pick another spot. They win the most confused award. Like a bad movie plot where the entire staff woke up in the middle of a shift with no clue what to do.
The cook was overwhelmed, «I only have two hands». Who says that? A poorly trained cook who is overwhelmed and doesn’t know how to talk to customers.
The counter staff was also disorganized, untrained. I used the app to cash in a $ 1.99 coupon. She managed to screw it up and charged me full price.
No knowledge as to how to fix it.
Obviously the management is reflected in any customer experience so this must have the most ineffective and inexperienced management anywhere.
Oh, and the queue up line isn’t clearly marked. Confusion starts there.
Another customer and I came in and lined up along the rope squeezing in between the rope and counter against the «wait here» sign. After 4 minutes waiting experienced visitors made another straight line to the door. All were nice enough to recognize we where here first but how _​_​_​_​_​does the staff have to be to screw up a queue rope?

Ghoulishly Delightful Halloween-​Themed Donuts
This Dunkin Donuts is so good, I’ve dumped out both bags looking for the receipt. No go.
I went in around 1:40 PM on Friday, Oct.4. The gentleman who works there is not only professional, but also cute, charming, and funny. Thanks for the encouragement on the blueberry muffin. ha ha.
What you need to see here are the halloween themed donuts, which are ridiculously decorated. One is a perfectly crafted spider with eyes. Not simple circles. There are a variety of delightfully decorated over-​the-​top creatures. Keep up the great work, Natick D & D «Donut Boss.» Your talents are admired. Your work is spooktacular.
(I know, I know-​it just had to be done).

Unpleasant staff. Some downright rude. Some are very trashy looking, and ridiculously slow service.
Today-​I had to wait 7 minutes to find out that they sold out of what I ordered long before I ordered it.
Most Dunkin Donuts are a quick and easy stop for coffee and a sandwich, but this one is not that at all!
