I recently just started going to this place regularly. The staff nice. The breakfast food is great — have not tried their lunch. They have so many iced coffee and tea flavor options. They are very efficient — you’ll get your order fast.

The woman working in the morning is unfriendly bordering on rude. The coffee is overpriced and not very good. The walls are lined with old men just sitting there and watching. I want to like this place because I walk by every morning on my way to the train, but I can’t get past the poor service. And get rid of the styrofoam!

Rude, expensive, sub-​par coffee and food. They’re hours are weird too. I like having an afternoon coffee but it can be hard to find them open in the afternoon during their stated business hours. Even though I work walking distance to Java Jim’s, I go to Dunkin Donuts down street. They have better service and coffee, and that’s not saying much…
I’m all for supporting local businesses, but refuse to give my money to people who can’t provide the service they are over-​charging for.

Similarly to other reviewers, I had a less than pleasant experience here. Having been a Natick resident for many years now, I decided to try this place out as I had passed it many times but never entered. That will be my first and certainly my last time. Within seconds of entering the door, I was greeted not with a «Hello» but a scowling face that barked at my boyfriend and I «We’re a coffee shop, you can’t have a coffee in here.» Now — us both having worked in the restaurant business for many years — we are both very aware of the logic behind this — but we are equally aware that customer service and guest satisfaction in this industry is just as important. This was downright rude. When we then proceeded to explain that while we would not be purchasing a coffee, but two sandwiches, we were told we could not even be present in the store if we were to keep our coffees. Needless to say, we left. This establishment needs to reconsider the way it treats its customers and will not be a place I recommend.

We love this place! Easy, fast, kid friendly, family owned, great food, and it has local pride. We go every week, at least once, for breakfast. Try the breakfast burritos or the veggie omelet!

Good place to get an omelet or breakfast sandwich. Friendly service, reasonably priced and good variety of food.

If I could give a lower star I would! First time going here and last. Sat down on a chair in the front and in less then a minute hear a women behind the counter shriek «THIS IS A PLACE OF BUSINESS». Not knowing what was happening, the ONE other person in the bakery and I looked at each other confused. A moment later she bolted up to me and said «ARE YOU WAITING FOR SOMEONE» all I was able to get out was «um» before she shrieked again «THIS IS A PLACE OF BUSINESS IF YOURE NOT GOING TO BUY SOMETHING YOU HAVE TO LEAVE». One of the rudest experiences of my life I would never treat anyone like that especially a potential costumer. I will never buy anything from that women or that business.

It started off with me just getting my morning coffee, now I go back for their bagels, their breakfast sandwiches and all that. The owners are extremely friendly and as long as the place exists there is nowhere else in town that will get my buisness. Thanks everyone at Javas!

Love this place and am always happy when I can stop in for breakfast but the prices went up recently however the portions are still great and I’ll continue to treat myself here, just less frequently.

Now open Sunday’s for breakfast that’s good, prices raised way to much, need to lower then or they are going to lose business. A breakfast sandwich with bacon egg and cheese shouldn’t be $ 6 and change.

This is THE best place to grab breakfast or lunch in Natick center! The regular menu has all your diner basics but they always have delicious specials that mix things up. In fact I just finished up a bacon cheeseburger with mushrooms and Swiss on a pretzel roll with killer bacon slaw!
This is a true locals joint and starts feeling like home very quickly. It’s also the only place I can bring my toddler and not feel stressed. There are two nooks which are perfect for kids to hang out in and watch the action on the street, plus the locals are old pros and know a thing or two. I never get the snotty glances I get elsewhere. So bring your families and enjoy the life of the Natick locals!

For an «expresso» bar they make terrible coffee worse cup a coffee I have ever had. Too bad because it would be nice to have a cool coffee shop in downtown. They serve food maybe they should think about a name change because coffee is not their
specialty.

So I have been back about a dozen times now and must admit… I’m hooked! Love the food and chill employees. Do yourself a favor and stop in for some breakfast. Breakfast burrito w sausage has kept me coming back, almost religiously!

The worst coffee I have ever had. I was doing some errands and I decided to grab a coffee as I was driving thru Natick center. I ordered a medium coffee with 1 equal and half and half. It literally tasted like hot water with cream and sweetener UGH. Two sips and dumped it out the window of the car. I also had a raspberry turnover that was OK, but then again you could fill puff pastry with s%#* and it would probably taste good.
If you are going to use the word JAVA in the title of your business at a minimum the coffee should be good. No idea what the breakfast and lunch tastes like but most likely will not be going out of my way to try it. Sorry no recommendation here …

Completely updated inside, new paint, couches by the window, flat screen TVs, sliced deli meats to order, and updated menu items. Try the Frittata!
And as always, great coffee. Lots of new flavor syrups available, too.

Cute little local café. We grabbed an apple turnover and bottle of juice since we were short on time but the breakfast menu looked good with decent prices.
Came back for lunch. Tuna melt
There were plenty of booths and tables to sit at.
The people were friendly and quick.
Good atmosphere for having relaxing chill time.
They have free wifi just ask for the password.
