Had shoulder surgery and Jump Start came highly recommended. I could have not been more happy with the total service that I received over my time in PT.
The staff is warm and friendly. They always would greet you with a warm smile. The therapists were top notch, friendly and always worked within your range to get you back to 100% as quickly as possible.
The owners, Drs. Jenn and Dan, are hands-​on owners who go the extra miles for their patients and staff. Although their schedule is tight, they always found time to fit me in.
I highly recommend to anyone needing PT.

The staff at JumpStart were very helpful. They took the time to really listen to me and design a program that was perfect for me. I have read the other reviews on this site and simply do not agree. I have been to other PT places who do not give you the time of day. The hands on treatment made all the difference in the rehab of my elbow. My PT was awesome and the rest of the staff made the experience fun.

i went there to help an injury, but by going there it became way worse. the equipment is antique and the therapist leave you while they gossip with one another. the physical therapy that i went to after them got me back to before they made it worse.
