The owner, Kathy, is so good. I started seeing her for her regenique facials after I had a nasty staph infection (MRSA) on my face. After that experience I was skeptical of anyone touching my face, but trusted her 100% because she is an RN and knew exactly what MRSA was and understood what I needed. That was in 2009. Since then I’ve seen her regularly for facials and dermaplaning and now microneedling. It is amazing.
My best friend lives in LA but had Kathy do her lip injections because she felt getting it done in LA wouldn’t look natural. She loves her lips– says Kathy is an medical practitioner but really more of an artist with injections and fillers. She knows exactly how to make everything look natural and not obvious so you don’t look like some Real Housewives cast member. You look like yourself, when you were 28.
Trisha now does my facials and a lot of the other treatments too, and she’s also phenomenal. She’s been with Kathy for years and has learned from the master ;)

No place better for customized personal attention and transforming your skin. Kathy has set high standards for her staff and herself. They never try to «sell» you a service, but give you options and every one of them has a great impact on looking and feeling younger. Professional, serene, transformational.

«You look so pretty «my husband remarked when I returned home after my appointment with Tricia for eyelash extensions. «Your skin looks tighter» after 2 micro needing appointments with Kathy. Need I say more??? I think I will. I love this cozy spa. It is pretty and friendly with just the perfect amount of professionalism to inspire confidence without feeling off putting. I recently had some laser treatments at KN Medspa and was overwhelmingly impressed with the results. I highly recommend their services and was astonished at how great my skin looked afterwards. Kathy listened to what I was looking for, and offered suggestions that were tailored to the specific needs of my skin. Very stylish and comfortable setting, and a staff that is both friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. Great products also, I tried some Image moisturizer that I am in love with!

I have had laser hair removal performed on my face for about 10 years now. What used to be a lawn of hair growth has been reduced to a few hairs now and then. After receiving treatments from the same place in Cambridge for many years, I decided to try somewhere new in my home town. KN MedSpa is located in a quaint South Natick historic building and has a boutiquey feel. The staff is friendly although I wouldn’t describe them as «down to earth.»
However, I can not justify the cost of laser treatments here. For very significant hair removal elsewhere, I’ve always paid between $ 60 – 80 per session. Using the same machine and requiring far less time (15 mins), my session at KN MedSpa was $ 250. That’s 3−4x more expensive! It probably works out to $ ¹⁰⁄₁₅ per hair, which is outrageous.
I have frequented Essentially Bare in Cambridge for the past 8 years. Their staff is equally knowledgeable and skilled, the office is in a medical office building and very bright and clean, and (using the same machine) I’ve had outstanding results for a fraction of the price of treatments at KN MedSpa. I will be returning to Essentially Bare and continuing to recommend it to my friends looking for a local laser hair removal center. It is worth the drive. I really wanted to love KN MedSpa but am quite disappointed.

Kathy Nash is down to earth and knows her stuff. I had two sessions last spring to remove red broken capillaries and some sun damage and almost a year layer I still get complements. I have had rosacea since high school (25 years) and suffered with a flushed, red face because I thought laser treatments were too expensive or only for fancy people. As a master esthetician, I had tried every cream and lotion. I have sent many clients here and recommend without hesitation. A hidden gem.

KN Med Spa is great and Gail is terrific! Gail has been applying eyelash extensions for me for the past year. She does an amazing job and my lashes are gorgeous. This summer I got permanent eyeliner — also Gail. She created a very thin black line between my upper and lower lashes. The effect is natural and beautiful. I love waking up and looking well rested and bright-​eyed — no more messy eyeliner to apply, maintain throughout the day, and then remove. The process of applying the eyeliner was simple and quick — Gail numbs the lash line, then applies the liner. The actual application takes about twenty minutes. I could not be happier with the results. Gail is professional and has a very steady hand and calming presence. If you have a busy lifestyle and would like to look gorgeous ²⁴⁄₇ go to Gail!!!

Great services ! Talented people ! I got semi permanent eyeliner done at KN medspa last week and Gayle did a fabulous job! I’m so very satisfied with the results and she was so helpful in picking a color. I’m going back in December and asking about the fine lines around my mouth. Highly recommended.
