This location of LL Bean, is a kiosk. Like what? A kiosk for LL Bean? YES.
Summertime they only have backpacks & lunch boxes for back to school, and Fall-​Winter they have winter gear (like boots, and the rest of the «best-​selling» items).
Billy and another girl working today (without a name tag) were extremely helpful and knew SO MUCH about their backpacks, every single feature of them and each individual model and color. So knowledgable staff, and a great lifetime warranty on every item they sell.
–1 star because they didn’t have the backpack I wanted in stock, yet they checked and they are in stock in Dedham and Burlington, which is very useful. Maybe LL Bean will open a storefront in the Natick area… that would be GREAT.
Overall, great «Pop-​Up» location though!
