Excellent pizza, especially the«Sporky». Nice crust: crispy and chewy at the same time. Reasonable prices and generous portions. Probably one of the best pizzas in the MetroWest area

Decided to grab some takeout and figured I would try here. It was pretty good for just your average pizza. They offered a groupon so the cost was pretty low for the amount of food received. I would definitely order pizza there again as it is close and convenient.

After reading all the negative reviews I almost drove by but figured I’m here, how bad could it really be. With low expectations I ordered the Chicken Carbonara and found myself devouring it all. The perfect mix of bacon Parmesan and creaminess to make the meal satisfying on a cold snowy day. Their dinner rolls made from pizza dough were the perfect compliment. It’s not a gourmet restaurant but what it lacks in seat down comforts the food more then makes up for. Don’t miss the tiramisu which was delicious. This is one of those places that will leave you pleasantly surprised.

Yes one star! Ownership changed and it shows. I ordered a simple dish, chicken parmesan. Cant mess that up right? Pasta was had little sauce on it and thank goodness, the sauce is horrible. The chicken had a paper thin slice of cheese(transparent) and it the cutlet was old as the last pair of sneakers I discarded. The pizza has taken a turn for the worse too. Will not go back.

I normally don’t write reviews but this place really needed one. Their subs and plates WERE good. A couple years ago, I ordered a calzone from them and it was so so. Not awful but it was made weird(crust was rolled up to the shape of a sub. Now, a couple years later, I tried it again. My 16 inch calzone had about an inch and a half of just crust! The chicken tasted like leftover dry chicken breast that had been refrigerated for a couple days. The cheese wasn’t even melted when I bit into it! My mother’s dish was mediocre and lukewarm. It was mostly rice with some chicken on top drowned in sauce. I guess the one star they deserved was the customer service at the counter. They handled everything very well for taking orders during a dinner time rush. It seems as though the staff has changed and it is starting to go downhill. Only come here if you want a lot of rice and bread.

Food was absolutely fabulous and extremely cheap! My boyfriend brought me here on a date and it kind of looks like a run of the mill sub shop from outside(and inside…) but the food was fancy and exquisite! Had a garlic wine sauce out of a plastic to go container and felt like I was at my Italian grandmother’s house.(She’s actually Irish and mostly baked brownies but it really felt like that good)

I’m really torn on Natalie’s. Their individual slices are REALLY good. They’re large, tasty, and hit the spot but for everything else, things have really taken a bit of a decline. Recently, it seems, everything has gotten SMALLER. I ordered a chicken parm sub and the chicken was so thin– there was barely a piece of chicken there, barely and sauce and even less cheese. Something’s up. On top of that, they’ve done away with standard 20oz sodas and opted for those fancy 12 oz aluminum bottles. I’m not sure if there’s been a change in ownership or management but something is different.

Ordered two number 3 lunch specials, chicken cutlets with bacon and bbq sauce subs. Quite disappointed! Only 1 small thin piece of chicken and hardly any sauce. Not a good first impression. Would not go back or recommend to anyone.

Jessie at Natalie’s accommodated my sort of unusual delivery request by sending an assortment of dessert cakes to my sons’ dad on his birthday. We are in NJ and he is in Natick! Way better than sending flowers! Thank you so much for the great service and for making a birthday extra special.

I have been here before its decent take out food for a pizza joint. But time was not good, the portions have gotten smaller and prices are higher. I ordered off the online menu and the bill should have been round $ 26 plus tax. Got there and it was $ 33 when I asked about the difference I was told their menu had been hacked online and not offered my money back. You would think they would fix it but they weren’t apologetic at all. Kids mentioned not much flavor and hardly any sauce, on the cheese pizza. Greek salad was for small and had few veggies and chicken on it for the price. Its gone down hill with new owner.

I am not even Italian and think its a disgrace using the word Italian in the name of the establishment. The pizza toppings looks like they were thrown on after and not baked with it. I would rank the heat lamp pizza at 7⁄11 stores better. We also ordered veal parm — the pasta had almost zero sauce so just the taste of used oil from the soggy«fried» microwaved rubber tasting veal. This place put themselves on groupon then jacked up the prices by 30−50% hence the new menu. Even at the discounted groupon, i would of been happier eating the dollar menu at any of the fast food restaurants. When I called to place my order i was placed on hold, the girl never came back and had to hang up and call back. They need to change the name to Natalie’s gross Kitchen

This place has the BEST pizza in the Metrowest area. My old work placed a massive order from here and I remember thinking holy crap this pizza is amazing. Well that was a few years ago and I hadn’t gone back because I totally forgot the name of the place. Miracles happen and one of my co workers told me it was Natalie’s. A few months ago, we ordered a meatball and ricotta pizza, nothin too fancy, brought it home and WOW! It was delicious. New York style and the crust is perfect. Although it’s out of the way, I’ll be coming here a lot more often!

Love this place!!! My food is always hot and delicious. I particularly like the chicken ziti broccoli alfredo plate. The portions are HUGE& the chicken is grilled perfectly, with a freshly done Alfredo sauce that is just right. The service has always been so kind, but I must say the newer employee a young girl by the name Jessica is one of the reasons I choose to return. She is always smiling and has remembered my name after just one visit, stays cool under pressure and treats everyone kindly even when the line is out the door. She has a warming smile you can’t forget. The whole staff is very welcoming, they will altar to your needs, even if it’s making something up from scratch! Prices are decent, although I believe they have increased over the past year or so it is worth it. I will continue to come in as often as possible.

Decent food. Prices a little on the high side. Friendly staff. I ordered the steak tip sub and chicken calzone both have met my expectations. Twelve dollars for a 25 dollar Groupon was great. Decent four stars.

I’ve had quite a few pizzas from here and while they aren’t the best in the world they are a solid option. Better places in waltham though if you’re willing to look.

Natalie’s huge mistake is what the place should be called. Ordered a balsamic chicken salad that comes with fresh mozzarella and basil. When the cook gave the salad to the cashier she told him in another language he made it wrong. He scratched his head and she put it in a bag. Whole drive back to work I was thinkin can’t wait to dig into this mistake salad. When I got to work I saw that the chicken mozzarella and basil was stir fried cooked together and the chicken wasn’t even cooked. Fuckin nasty and place gives you a dinner roll with the salad. Who the fuck eats dinner rolls with salads … Godawful stay away from Natalie’s huge mistake

I was so hopeful and excited about trying this place after reading some of the reviews. We ordered on a busy Saturday night. We ordered 3 of their large speciality pizzas and two garlic breads. All of the pizzas had no taste and almost no salt on any of them. The vegetarian was terrible and sauggy. Once I got home, I noticed the pizza weren’t properly cooked and everything was just tasteless. I spent over $ 50 and was embarrassed in front of my guests. I strongly suggest the young owner/manager(he was wearing a baseball cap at the register) to keep an eye out on his business. I would give them another chance but after calling to complain, I was asked to hold for a moment and my call was never answered. I will not be returning.

After a long day of working, my friend and I wanted to order some food into our hotel. What does everyone love? PIZZZZZZZZZZZZZA. We ordered a delicious pizza and we were so happy with everything about it — speedy delivery(awesome delivery guy) and delicious taste! Just what we needed. Period.
