I’ve had this small speaker that I’ve kept on my desk at work and it stopped working so I thought I’d get a new battery, wires or whatever it needs to get it sparked up. I brought it into Radioshack and bought the adapter and got it home to find it still wouldn’t work. Mr. G says its time to call it cooked but I didn’t want to give up on it. Back into Radioshack I go to try to find the right adapter. The manager, Dan, helps me and finally says leave it here and I will test it for you and get it working. He gave me his card and hours and I left it. Uggh crud, Dan says Mr. G is right and it is cooked. He will refund me the money I spent on the adapter when I come in. Of course time passes and I lost the receipt. Then I found it. Then I lost it. Well, after finding it I went back and its now been 4 – 5 months and low and behold Dan is there. He gets me my dead speaker and refunds me the cost of the adapter and I am on my way. What a guy for trying and for holding it for me. I now have a great paper weight. 5 stars for great customer service. Not his fault it went caplewy.
