This place is legit. Located in the food court at the Natick Mall(of all places). Definitely NOT food court food, but something more like a gourmet sit down restaurant. Ate here twice while attending a conference and both times the food was amazing. First times I got the Simac Chicken plate, brown rice with stewed okra and lentils over the top, hummus and salad. Second time got the shawarma chicken, with the same sides. Talk about flavor! Yum. Most chicken is overcooked, but this was moist and flavorful. The stewed okra/lentil mixture is outstanding. Salad is bright and flavorful. Hummus is really good. The mint tea is just the right amount of tea and mint. Neither overpowers the other. If you want a break from fast food or breaded-to-death Asian food court fare, check out Sepal. These folks should have a restating, the food is that good.

The plates are generous servings and well priced, but nothing to write home about. We had the chicken malouba over lentil rice and 2 sides: green beans and okra. The chicken was well spiced however both the vegetables sides were definitely not fresh(tasted like canned veggies).

Everything was amazingly delicious! The gentleman who served us was very nice. They had fizzy vimto, which is hard to find. I had a plate with Makloubeh, which tasted so good I had to Google for a recipe. We are traveling from out of town. I wish this was closer to home. Will definitely return for more yummy food the next time I am in town.

Was pretty good. I think for a little over $ 10, I got a nice dinner meal at the Natick food court. The salad in the dinner plate was quite disappointing and I think I could’ve chipped a tooth on some of the rice or lentils in the brown rice. But all in all, quite filling and good. Their falafel was also very good.

Nice middle eastern place surrounded by lousy chains in the Natick food court. The workers are helpful and the makloubi was pretty good. So was the green beans side dish.

This place is a great eats for those who crave authentic Mediterranean food for fast and a low budget. It’s not low budget taste. The chef served me and he seem to have pride in what he made. The thick Kebeh was not dry, and well cooked and it has a well balanced herbs, garlic and meat. It’s a great place for a food court stall.

Best place in the mall, I work in the mall for 5 years, I have to say this is an awesome place(best in food court) to eat and the owner or people work there so helpful and soooo lovely, they just want to feed me lol!!! They are proud of their homemade food and introduce you everything! Very clean food, and i will have to say it again, they really put heart on their business!

I used to go to the mall and stop by the food court when I don’t have time to cook – now I go to Sepal and stop by the mall! I like the moussaka plate here a lot and the falafel wraps are tasty and healthy. Very good hummus. The owner here is super friendly as well as the staff.

Don’t let the fact that this is a food court restaurant defer you from trying Sepal. This place is legit! The cook behind the counter walked me through all my options and let me sample anything I wanted. He was also VERY generous with the portion. I highly recommend this place. The food is fresh, the service is great and the price is a steal for the amount of food you’re getting. Will definitely be coming back!

Yup, it’s as good as they say, at least the felafel, humus and service. I will go back for a whole meal soon, very impressive for a food court. Who needs fast food?

Incredible middle eastern food in the middle of Natick food court. My husband and I were shopping and decided to get a quick meal in the food court. We walked by all the greasy usual Chinese and fast food options and found this gem! Delicious sumac chicken, okra, salad, hummus, and so much flavor! We will definitely be back and will be probably making a special trip to the mall for another meal. Do not eat anywhere else in this mall!

Absolutely stellar! It’s amazing to find food like this in a food court. This is COOKING! Everything home made. Everything served with love. The gentleman behind the counter will take you through everything and let you sample. My wife and I agree that this is literally worth coming to the mall for just to have dinner!

I had to stop eating just to write this review. Wow. Just WOW. I can honestly say that I’ve not had better food anywhere in the metrowest, in a mall food court no less. Very fresh, tastes homemade, well priced, huge portions and served with pride. I feel guilty admitting that I only looked at their food because the line at D’Angelo was too long. The gentlemen at the counter was polite and offered samples of everything. I’m glad he did, because I’m not very familiar with middle eastern food. I will say that the signage could be better, but I won’t hold that against them since they are still pretty new. Take a chance, you won’t be disappointed. Will absolutely be back as often as I can.

Amazing, fresh. Give it a try. It’s better and different from the standard Chinese food you normally get at the mall! Get the bacalava. You won’t regret it.

I choose this over Nordstrom bistro– one of my favorite spots to eat in Natick based on Unilocal reviews. They are new in the food court and the owner is very homey. I told him to put whatever he wants on my plate and he packed it with pride telling me everything is home made. The quality and price is unbeatable! Glad to see such high quality coming to food courts. Go here and show them some love vs. the frozen out of box stuff that is heavily marketed stuff.

I’ve been to the Sepal near Beth Israel in Boston a few times now and this one here in the Natick Mall was even better than anticipated. Great service, awesome portions, and everything is delicious. If you’re in the mall, skip taco bell and try this. Recommend the brown rice with lentil and the fried falafel.

The food was well-seasoned, tasted fresh, and inexpensive. The people behind the counter were very helpful as well. It’s a great addition to the food court in the Natick Mall.
