We used TCG at a former company I worked at for IT Services. I was the administrator there and remember talking with Frank McDonough well. He was excellent. The one star is for his co-worker(I’ve forgotten his name); he used to provide us with network support. I had connectivity problems after Microsoft Windows and the Internet were initially set up. Many others did as well. This man’s mood swings would go from one extreme to the other. On one visit, he would chat extensively and the next, he would express anger about being contacted. This strange man was very unpleasant to deal with and I regret not complaining about him at the time. We had ongoing network problems. I do not recommend this company.

The company I work for had been with their external network solutions company for years.(We are a loyal bunch). But after the IT company got bought out by a larger organization and our primary contact was time zones away — AND the service started to slag… it was time to investigate local options again. We had many interviews with other companies, and there was another that was a close second. TCG won us over with not only their knowledge, but with their representation on our behalf. Our situation with Office365 was«unique» to our previous connection through Microsoft.(Which I called shenanigans from the beginning). TCG has grabbed the bull by the horns and has put this little, local company as a fierce to be reckoned with for our equally small and local company. Very professional with even the smallest of transactions. Knowledgeable. A+
