I actually created an account on Unilocal for the first time ever, just so I could write this review. I wish I had checked Unilocal BEFORE placing my order.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Horribly unprofessional, rude, and uninterested in correcting an error on their part that caused my mother’s birthday delivery to be missed.
They never pick up the phone, never call back after receiving a voice mail, and when I finally got someone to answer, a very rude woman on the phone had to put me «on hold» so that she could finish her personal cell phone call while I was still on the line and listening. When I explained the situation she tried to say it wasn’t their fault. When I started to make a case for myself, she quickly changed her story and blamed it on a computer crash. When my cell phone started to lose reception for a moment, she started yelling at me like a maniac saying she didn’t understand me.
She didn’t have the authority to correct the problem in any way, and I am still waiting for a manager to call me back. I’ve called several more times during their posted business hours with no answer.

Hands down the worst flower shop ever. Do not use them and tell your friends not to use them!

This is the florist equivalent of McDonalds when it comes to ordering something based upon an appealing picture and then receiving revolting garbage instead. That their garbage flowers (not even the right one – I ordered a white ranunculus bouttonniere and got a white rose instead) will appear in my lapel on wedding pictures is a disappointment. Had I seen these reviews, I would not have let my wife purchase anything from this store. I ought to report them to the Department of Labor for child labor exploitation, because I don’t think an adult would be capable of doing such mediocre work. Clearly they have no pride in the work they do, given all these reviews. Disgraceful.

Not sure if I can post this without giving at least one star, but I will try, as they don’t deserve even a half of a star. If they can’t do floral delivery justice, then just go in to another business. People order flowers to bring cheer to those who they love. They should not be treated rudely, get ripped off, and be embarrassed by a poor quality arrangement

Don’t buy anything here. I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine’s Day; I phoned in the order 2 days ahead of time. Brash woman on the phone named Linda said they would deliver for $ 80 complete but the charge on my card is for $ 98. Same flowers at the supermarket would be no more than $ 25.

NEVER BUY HERE!!! I ordered flowers for my gf on this Valentine’s day, however, after some initially mistakes during the delivery (they dropped it to some random person to take care of it:(, what she eventually got was a set of DYING flowers!!! I tried to call the shop to talk about it but what I got was a testiness woman shouting in the phone, saying it was not their fault, not even to mention that they weren’t able to hand deliver the flower to my gf as it was supposed to be!!!
WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. STAY AWAY, GUYS!!!

Don’t order from here. Flowers were tiny and wilted upon arrival, completely dead within 48 hours. Wrote emails to complain and received no response. Flowers were sent for my first wedding anniversary to my wife’s workplace. So, the presentation was pretty embarrassing. Do not recommend what-​so-​ever.

I ordered all the flowers for my father in laws funeral here I asked for two based arrangements 100 dollars each and a casket spray for 160. They charged me 425. Hmmm do the math but since I was sad from the event it didn’t hit me till they day after. I woke up and decided not to call about the price b/​c they daïs they would make them extra nice since it was for a funeral. The flowers where delievered DEAD and wilted all the white flowers were brown! And 100 dollars for 4 tulips 1 hydrangea and spinach like wilted greens… I called to confront the issue and the woman kept lying about who owned it and who they were. Then THEY TRIED SAYING THAT THE FUNERAL HOME STOLE ALL THE FLOWERS OUT OF THeM. They re over priced rude unprofessional crazy woman

They sell dead flowers.

I went here for a Mother’s Day arrangement last year. I called and placed the order for my pick-​up the next day. When I arrived at the shop, the order was not ready. The owner had to sift through a pile of hand written notes to find it, and once she did, apologized and said they’d get the arrangement ready immediately. I should have cancelled and walked out and gone to a supermarket! The arrangement was pathetic. It wasn’t even what I ordered, they said they’d make something on their own and include higher priced flowers. Yeah, right. The flowers all wilted and died within 2 – 3 days. Stay away!!!
