Bought a toy from Toyzinn and it broke within hours of use. It was not a complicated toy, but a plastic police set. Three of the five toys in the set broke right away. The store refused to stand behind their sale and return it exchange the toy. Amazed they sell such bad products, but even more amazed they refuse stand behind the products they sell. I am better off shopping online or at Amazon then dealing with such a bad local store.

I have been to this store many times and puchased several different items for my younger family members :) Thus, I am a returning and a loyal customer. I must admit that I am a toy lover too, even though I am way passed that age:) I see that everybody mentions the helicopters, but they have a wide selection of other great toys as well! However, I purchased couple of RC helicopters for myself and crashed one :) I took it back to them and they fixed right away. You should go and check it out. Great toy store with competitive prices and service.

I got 2 helicopters for my nephew and they crushed one of them the next day:) i took it back to the store and they fixed it right away! they were very helpful. i recommend it to everyone. it’s not just they have a wide selection of helicopters, they also have a very nice toy selection.

This toy store has everything but I think their best seller items are the remote controlled (RC) stuff. There are 17 different kinds of helicopters in there!!! If you like RC helicopters, you have to stop by this store, it’s awesome!
