Clean organized store in the Natick mall. Love their lightweight jackets that keep you sooo warm without the bulk and it’s affordable! Wish the jackets weren’t so shiny but I guess it’s their ‘thing’. Lots of other clothing… Accessories, shirts, thermal undies, etc The past few times I’ve been here, there were no sales people around which is strange since they are supposed to be known for their customer service. The people at the register barely cracked a smile, maybe cause it was so hot In there?!

What can I say. I love this place and 100% of the time when I go to the Natick mall I come back with a UNIQLO bag. The design of the clothes is minimalist/simple but elegant, perfect for everyday office wear, everything is high quality and as comfortable as can be. I find myself going back and buying other colors for the same styles because they are simply amazing. The so-comfortable super stretchy denim jeans got me to go back to wearing them after years of only wearing leggings and jeggings. The constant rotation of the items so that everytime I go there is something new to try. The price is also very reasonable as there is always weekly sales and great deals to be found. The staff is also very friendly and efficient.

UNIQLO is awesome! It’s sorted by their new items, casual items, and kind of a business casual dressier section. Then their denim. If your pants are over $ 29.90, you can get your pants hemmed for free. Mine were done in less than an hour while I shopped other stores.

I recently called there phone number, call center to inquire about a sweat pant I bought weeks ago. Wanted to purchase two more pairs, needed to know if still available. I waited for a few minutes and was told yes they are available. I drive a good distance to find sweat pants, not the same ones I bought a month ago? I ask a sales person, no help, she seemed confused and didn’t know her clothes. I then ask a man, he says they were last years that I bought and the ones now available are 2015. Hm, the ones I purchased were of great quality, fabulous terry and soft and great fit. So, I’ve been a customer in NYC for many years, no longer, QUALITY not there, prices more expensive and no customer service.

UNIQLO needs to get their Customer Service game together. I lived in NYC for a bit and experience UNIQLO there. They were always so nice and helpful. The clothes always fit great and there were so many options and they were fun and exciting but still classy men’s clothing. That rarely happens. They felt great and were affordable too. All wins. Then as if they were mad at me for leaving NYC every time I’ve been back to any UNIQLO my experience has been terrible. They seem to be growing at a rate they are not prepared to handle yet. They are being forced to import clothing from their Japan stores causing the sizing to be way off. I comfortably wear a casually fitting men’s large in their flannel shirts. I look like the incredible hulk about to bust out of their current Men’s Large flannel shirts. They are running out of stock so quickly they are forced to use these, I get it. But it’s likely worse than not having them and just moving displays around to make things still look nice. Especially when they only have a few«Large» styles and the rest are smalls which might as well be children’s sizes. This Natick store is at least comfortable in space for the stock. They had a fair amount of options, obviously nothing like 5th ave in NYC but that is to be expected. The staff are all new and haven’t figured most things out yet. A lot of them can’t use their POS systems yet so the lines were very long. Other staff members chatted my ear off about things UNIQLO to get my feedback as if she could do something about it. She self admitted as a temporary outsourced agent for the store. When I finally got the one item that would fit me and brought it to the register I explained I had a $ 7 off $ 50 coupon from them that I would like to apply. They told me that they couldn’t honor that as it was online only. I then pointed at the words in bold«In Store Only» in the email at the top. She then said she still couldn’t honor it, she was also a supervisor. I told them that she would honor it and i’m sure she would just have to apply a single item discount of $ 7 to make it work. She told me that her district manager told her that she can’t give any discounts for any reasons. I told her to call whoever she needs to call and sort it out because it was a valid offer and I wan’t going to be told no. She made me find the number for online support because she didn’t know it. After I gave it to her she had another supervisor handle it while she ran around back and forth behind the register area. About an hour later they finally got confirmation that they are to do a single item $ 7 discount in order to apply the deal that is valid, as I mentioned they’d likely do at the start. Overall the store needs to get their game together. UNIQLO as a brand does amazing things globally with their influence to help recycle clothes for those in need and provide great products. Their staffing needs to do a 180 back to how it was a few years back. They cared about their customers and did what was right to help them. Now it’s a wall of NO.

I didn’t even know there was a Uniqlo at the Natick Mall so I was very surprised and happy to see one. We weren’t greeted as we walked in even though there were sales associate through out the store. I was looking at some shirts, trying to find my size and not one associate came over to asked me if I needed help. They didn’t even want to make eye contact. I found everything I needed on my own and when it was time to check out, the gentleman at the register was the only one to say hi.

Wow! I love this place! I have been buying from them online for years, now they’re finally in Natick! Yay! The styles are current, fabrics fabulous and prices outstanding! It’s hard to be reasonable at the store, I want to bring home so much! I always have to cull my cart to not overindulge(because it is so tempting!)

Just took advantage of their grand opening sale, and got some great bargains. For those not familiar with Uniqlo, it closely resembles The Gap with(so far) better bargains. Great design, and quality, and staff was very welcoming.
