I booked V Bridal for my bridesmaids. I had a large wedding party and ended up having to book two separate vendors. I worked with Carol who was very friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. She brought an assistant the day of for a bridal party of 6 so it was pretty fast. Most got their hair done and it all looked great. The maid of honor got her make-​up done as well and at first, the eye make-​up was way too heavy, but we just simply said so, and she changed it, no problem, and she ended up looking gorgeous the whole night. Would definitely recommend them.

I enjoyed my experience at Vanessa Bridal & Image. Although they specialize in bridal services, they also offer non-​bridal hair cut and color services. I came in for a highlight, cut and blow-​dry and it came out just lovely! I will probably check out this place again when it’s time for my wedding.

Absolutely love this place! The salon is just as beautiful in the pictures in real life.
I came to get a haircut here and the women working were friendly, and very sweet. The staff was hardworking and wanted to get everything just right. The results were immaculate!
The price and value of this place is AMAZING! The place is great, the cuts are fabulous and the price you pay for them is incredible.

Carol is the best make-​up artist and hair stylist I’ve ever seen! Before I found Vanessa Bridal, I tried three other places, and none of them came up with the feeling and style I hoped for my wedding. I was extremely disappointed and did not even bother looking for more options until I met Carol and Carol’s team. After a few words with Carol, she soon grabbed my concepts, and came up with the hairstyle and make-​up exactly as I wished! It gave me a very romantic and warm look that suited my personality.
On my wedding day, Carol’s team arrived one hour earlier. The way Carol talked to me made me much more calm. Her team also did my three Bridesmaids’ make up and hairstyle. Each Bridesmaid had her own hairstyle and make up style that suited her best, while all three of them maintained the same romantic feeling that I hoped for for my seaside wedding.
I will give Vanessa Bridal a 10-​star if Unilocal allows me to!

As a low maintenance person, I soon realized that I actually did care about 2 things for my wedding: 1. My dress and 2. Hair and Makeup.
I went to Taiwan to have engagement photos done. The people there are uh-​mazing. Photos turned out stellar.
I came back to Boston thinking that it would be easy to re-​create the look I had for my photos and I was shocked to learn, this was simply not true. I had several trials done and all were sub-​par. Shockingly bad at premium prices. Now I don’t know how the makeup would have been with other artists that came highly rated in magazines or «best of» lists, but I did inquire into a dozen places and the prices were outrageous and in another league.
Then enter, Vanessa Bridal. This is the second store (first being in Taiwan). I knew I had to give it a try. I brought along a few pictures for Carol to see and I loved what she did for my trial hair and makeup. Carol has worked on celebrities and has years and years of experience. It was a no brainer and I hired her on the spot. Carol will be traveling onsite with a team of 2 – 3 (no additional charge) to do hair and makeup for myself, 4 MOHs, and additional family members. Her prices are reasonable and worth the comfort of knowing I will be taken care of on the big day.
She also went out of her way to find my designer label MOHs dresses and gave me a stellar stellar price that I couldn’t find online or in other discount bridal shops. They should be arriving soon as will my wedding, so I will post an update once we get there. All in all for now, Vanessa Bridal is fantastic and they will go out of their way to make you happy and get what you want.
They also do engagement photos: (I.e. you choose a few dresses they have in the store, they do your hair and makeup for each dress, and off you to pick locations and do engagement photo shoot!).

I started out by getting a relaxing and refreshing facial from Michelle. A few days later we had our wedding portrait shoot. I know many brides wait until the day of the ceremony to get their portraits done. Do it beforehand so you have more time to enjoy the ceremony and reception! Photos that day should be mostly natural shots!
Carol did my hair and makeup and I had never felt so beautiful. Everything was perfect!
We spend the entire day with their photographer, Mills, and had a great time. It was pouring out and luckily the sun came out in the afternoon and we got some great outdoor shots!
My husband and I practiced a few dance moves with the dance instructor, Joe. He even helped my father and I for the father/​daughter dance. Our guests were so impressed with our first dance and the DJ said it was the best he had seen in all his 35 years of being a DJ!
I had been dreaming of my perfect wedding day since I was a little girl. Thank you Vanessa for making my dreams come true!

Now I am a happily married Bride!!!
Carol listened to what I envision myself in and gave me some great suggestions. Carol has work in the makeup and hair industry for a very long time so she know what she is doing. I bought pictures for her to re-​create the look I wanted for my big day. She also helped me with jewelry selections that match my overall look. Basically, they are there to help you to create the perfect look you want for your wedding day. The whole process was so enjoyable with no pressure from (Trial to the actual wedding day)
On my wedding day, she came over to my house (ON TIME). She did a great job and all my bridemaids loved my hair and makeup. She also did my maid-​of-​honor and my mother. They all loved it. The greatest thing was she is really nice and paitence. I also asked her to come by before my ceremony to do touch up for me (She was early and waiting for me). It was a happy experience to work with Vanessa Bridal & Image.
I felt complete trust and am satisfied with their professions. I would recommand them to all Brides out there!
