I have reviewed so many of these places (CVS, Walgreens, etc, etc), its REALLY becoming a bad habit.
What is there to say? This is like every other, average pharmacy in a 10 mile radius. Nothing different.
Anyway, it´s organized, has all of the essentials (food, beauty products, candy, medical items), and isn´t too busy. Perfect to stop at if you don´t feel like going in Roche next door or if you forgot to buy something /​a few things there.
Overall, fine pharmacy.
Located at the busy intersection of Speen Street & West Central Street (Route 135) in Natick, 5 minutes from the Natick Mall too!

In reference to the pharmacy, they are great and super helpful. I never thought that a chain pharmacy in the suburbs would have better customer service than the one in my doctor’s office in downtown Boston, but they totally do. If you come in a lot, they remember you. When your doctors are being obnoxious about getting you a refill, they’ll figure it out for you.

Used to like Walgreen’s but after several horrible customer service issues and poor corporate response won’t use Walgreen’s any more whenever there is an alternative. What could have been minor problems relating to billing for online photo services at two local stores was not taken seriously by customer service so they have lost a great customer. Just a little courtesy goes a long way if you want to maintain customer support. Wake up customer relations!
