ATTN Property Managers: I work for a PM company and West Side continually tows cars that should not be towed. They have a «Do Not Tow» list of residents and renters and they will tow anything in sight. Creepy…

I called this company to arrange to fetch my son’s car that broke down. They worked with me to schedule a time to work around my schedule. They picked up and delivered the car as promised, safe and secure.

It was nearly 10pm on a rainy Friday evening when we realized it wasn’t a simple case for a jump, but that there was perhaps alternator troubles afoot — after all the car couldn’t hold the charge but died shortly after each jump. Thus, it was time to call AAA for help.
The ETA was an hour plus, but the tow truck came lumbering in to the rescue about half an hour after we called. The fellow jumped the car with a portable jumper machine (and made it look super simple to us novices), and came to the same conclusion as we had. He hooked up the car, took the key, and the handwritten note by the owner of the vehicle, and off he went!
His seemingly know-​how was a comfort, as was his responsiveness. His car had the address for their gas station out in Wellesley, but he said that their towing service was located in Natick.
Thank goodness my friend had AAA gold membership!
