Good restaurant… friendly staff and decent food. I’ve eaten here maybe 4 times and I’ve never been disappointed. The restaurant itself can use some updates/refurbishing, but food is great.

I don’t know what to say. Best. Bread. Ever. This place is perfect. Very classic, it’s just what I needed. Away from the corporate plazas going up, this is a nice change. I felt at home. I stopped in for a drink and an app. Vinny the owner was in and wasn’t afraid to get his hands dirty. He gave a wine tasting and he created my own app sampler. 1st class customer experience. Calamari-excellent and fresh Artichokes –amazing Pizza– classic and cooked just right. Bread– can’t beat it! I love this place. Very rare genuine ownership and service.

Sunday @ 4:00 my teenage sons started asking what we were having for dinner. I said I hadn’t anything in mind, so they suggested we eat out. Chinese, Bertucci’s, subs they offered. I suggested we eat somewhere new, and my oldest son said his friend’s family loved Ziti’s. Off we went for an early dinner, arriving there around 5:15. The décor of the place is OK. I can imagine it being very cozy in the winter since they have a big stone fireplace. However, the lighting is a bit dim, and the ceiling tiles are discolored with water stains. My younger son and I ordered the chicken parm dinner, which came with a choice of pasta. We both chose ziti. My older son ordered the linguini with spicy marinara and sausage. I make chicken parm at home, so we were curious how that would stack up against the restaurant version. The chicken parm was average. No spices in the breading, so pretty bland, and, in fact, the breading kind of tasted like the fryer grease was old and/or dirty. The chicken was too thick, and the mozzarella cheese was not melted fully. At home, I use slices of fresh mozzarella, but here they used shredded, and it just doesn’t have the same bite. So, again, a bit bland. Upon first inspection, it appeared they didn’t use enough marinara on the chicken, but after tasting it, I was happy there wasn’t more. The marinara on the chicken and on the side plate of ziti was gross. I winced with disgust upon tasting it. Metallic and soapy tasting. No depth to it at all. A cheap jar of Ragu is better than this. I tasted my son’s spicy marinara and it was the same, but with a little kick. He disliked it too. To add insult to injury, the bill for our three dinners and sodas came to $ 56, with tip, the total was $ 66. I usually tip 20%, but just couldn’t justify it. At 5:30, the restaurant had just two other tables filled, at times the waitress couldn’t seem to find her way over to our table without us beckoning her. Anyone looking to have a good Italian meal would do much better at Comella’s — their pizza is great, and their«messes» can’t be beat. Prices are much better too at Comella’s.

I will not go back. First off, the ceiling tiles being all discolored and unkempt was a turn-off. Our waiter was on her second night(as she ended up telling us) — which is perfectly fine — but you would think they would pair her up with someone so that she could learn the ropes. She had issues just trying to list the pasta they offered, and was unable to answer our questions about their dishes. She seemed like she was really trying and cared, so we were very patient — but I felt bad. :o( That aside, the food was sub-par at best. The bread and salad was no better than anyone can make at home, and the entrees left little to be desired. I got a special which had a sauce that seemed like it was straight out of a can. And my other half got a simple spaghetti and meatball dish. Their red sauce is palatable — seems like it could be made in house, but it was nothing special… and the meatballs had an odd texture. We both opted for the«fresh pasta» which was not worth the extra money. It seemed as though they cooked box pasta too long, slapped it on the plate and called it fresh pasta. Either the chef is not tasting the food they are putting out, or they just do not know what good Italian food should taste like.

Best Italian food that my husband and I have ever had and we come here multiple times a week. Neither of us have had a meal that we didn’t love!

This review would be 4 to 5 stars if Vinny was working. Came in on a Sunday dinner first off the positive Jane was excellent. Only server on and you would never have known by her demeanor how crazy busy it was she handled herself like a seasoned pro. Now to why I said I would give it 4 or 5 if Vinny was working I ordered the Veal Marsala and when it came out it was very very dry so I asked Jane for more sauce. I hear her ask Nick the other owner(who is rude and thank god his brother has the customer service gene because this restaurant wouldn’t last with Nick’s customer service skills) for more sauce and very loudly says NO. She’s horrified and embarrassed to come tell me no he won’t so I said tell him I will pay for it. I’m now beyond pissed. So now he makes the sauce walks it over to my table puts it down walks away without a word. Just completely rude. I will return because the food is great when Vinny is there but if I ever walk in and Nick is there I will quickly walk back out the door. Thank you Jane for trying and doing a great job. Nick needs a new profession or to work on his demeanor and people skills.

great food! The homemade pasta is perfect! The staff is friendly and efficient! We had the chicken parm with homemade pasta gnocchi sorrentina. The portions are huge. And the atmosphere is nice for a semi quick but leisurely bite to eat. Would def recommend!

This is a nice spot, but almost hidden. You would never expect a restaurant at a driving range. We went in at an off time, were the only people in the restaurant. The staff is super friendly and it is clean inside. We sat at the bar. We got the mozz sticks which were great, they give a healthy portion so you are actually satisfied, normally places cheap out on this and you have to order to orders. We got a pizza, the tomato/mozz/basil special but we added pepperoni which was great. The pizza was big and good, both good for a pizza! It was a bit greasy but that is expected. I would go back, this place is worth it and the prices aren’t bad at all.

Just edible restaurant for basic italian food. Had a garden salad which was pretty good and tortellini with marinara. The pasta was overcooked and the sauce was bland, the fresh baked bread was doughy and undercooked. My wife had linguine which was not drained and further ruined the bland sauce. Combined with the clear lack of energy and passion for good food or service makes this a clear«stay away».

I’m in Boston for business at the Sheraton Framingham… I looked on Unilocal for restaurants and great ratings near by. Ziti’s came up-it was a FANTASTIC! I ordered eggplant Parmesan over ziti and a cannoli. The sauce was so delicious, eggplant done perfectly and the best cannoli ever! I ordered the food to go and when I picked it up it was hot and well packaged. It’s a must go to Italian restaurant if you’re in the area!

Portions are very generous, and some were even huge. Quantity over quality here. The food was prepared well, and I give credit to our waiter who also seemed to be the cook. Ordered three appetizers: fried calamari, garlic bread w/cheese, and bruschetta. Calamari was a bit under, garlic bread was good(kinda hard to mess that one up), and bruschetta was great but served sans balsamic vinaigrette — so be sure to ask for that. Entrees included chicken and eggplant parm, muscles over linguini, and shrimp scampi. All pastas were well cooked but not exactly al dente. All had their ups and downs but nothing outrageously good or bad. Ranged from: Frozen shrimp that were overcooked but well seasoned chicken parm. Again, the portions were so large we took some home. It was all okay. Not sure if we will come back. If we do, it will be to try the pizza.

On vacation looking for good meal. Ziti’s made us feel at home. The salad was delicious and pasta. The pasta was perfectly cooked. The meatballs were delicious. Then we ended our meal with ricotta cannoli’s. Great ending to an amazing meal. Thank you for your welcoming and delicious food.

I love this place! Granted I have only been here once but everyone at my table was extremely impressed with the portion size and the quality of the food. At the back of the restaurant they have a very nice outdoor seating area which is delightful this time of the year when it is not too hot but also not too cold. I was pleasantly surprised to find North End quality food in a small part of Natick. They are willing to «create» or «customize» a dish to your liking and are very good at taking allergies into account. Seafood dishes range from $ 13.95 to $ 18.95. Veal dishes from $ 17.95 to $ 19.95. Chicken dishes from 13.95 to $ 17.95. I had the: Chicken, Lemon, & Butter for $ 13.95. It was served in a Lemon, Butter, white wine sauce. I asked them to use breaded chicken and it was delicious. I will certainly eat here again if I am in the area.

I rarely hand out 5 star reviews but Zitis was excellent. From the staff to the food everything was perfect. Wait staff was very friendly and helpful in recommending dishes. We will defiantly be going back again. Highly recommend!

Always enjoy my meal when I come here, prices are good, portion sizes are real good. They added a bar here with a couple big tvs with some good beers on tap so watching a game here is good. The pizza is great here, they have great combinations of different pizzas and they are all great. My go to is usually the cheese tortellini with chicken or the Italian sub both great. Fresh baked bread they give you is awesome the only problem is you have to keep asking for more and more because each time they give you less and less. The owner is nice and friendly and makes you feel at home.

We were both disappointed based on the 4 stars overall they have here. We got a special that, according to our waitress, is so popular people call to complain when they take it off the specials list. It was so under flavored! Over cooked pasta with scallops, shrimp, roasted red pepper and spinach in a creamy red sauce. Everything else was cooked well including the crucial seafood. But I had to put red pepper flakes, powdered Parmesan, salt and pepper to get any flavor out of it. And I don’t even like pepper. The salad was great and we had a great waitress.

Have never had a bad item here. Love the homemade mozzarella and bread. The veal is high quality and delicious. They also have deck seating, which is great on nice days. The prices are very fair. The only things keeping me from giving 5 stars are the service can be spotty, but everyones always really nice. Also not a huge fan of the seating, as there aren’t any booths but that’s a very minor complaint. Highly recommend going here for a quick bite(their sandwiches are great) or a nice big dinner. You won’t be disappointed.

Overall a fairly uninspired experience… was kind of hoping for more based on the Unilocal reviews but this just didn’t do anything for me. The servers were nice, bread was tasty, but the chicken/broccoli/shrimp/pasta concoction tasted really generic. The pasta was done well but the chicken was exceptionally dry and flavorless. Broccoli was… green. I won’t have occasion to be back thru here and probably wouldn’t stop back.
