By far the worst customer service ever managers are bad and so are the employees, went to get something That needed proof of ID, didn’t have it with me customer who was in front of me did not have his either clerk still went ahead and let him buy what he needed without asking for his ID. Let him know why are you asking for mine if you did not ask for his, clerk states he is a frequent customer so I don’t need to ask for his ID, asked for manager and she stated that she was to busy working to speak with me, this place is dirty and the employees do not not one thing about providing customer service took this up with the BBB.

I go out of my way to come to this 7 eleven because of the iced coffee selection. but not anymore. I experienced horrible customer service. The young man said«you’re like the 60th person that’s asked me that, there’s a sign right there and on the window» after asking him if they slurpees were buy one get one free. Mind you yes I noticed the sign. but have been charged before when advertisement on the app told me I would get one free. I explained to him I was sorry but if someone asked it’s because they just wanna make sure… it couldn’t hurt to be nice. Once I walked up to the cashier. I heard him saying«man we need more signs I’m tired of telling people». All he had to say was yes and get on with his job! I’m appalled… where are your customer service skills!!!

Parking here is atrocious depending on what time you come. The parking lot is not large and larger cars may have some trouble getting out of parking space. The two entrances closest to 7-Eleven always have cars driving in, so that makes it a little difficult to get out and maneuver the small lot. The store itself is not dirty, but the outside is definitely not that clean. Sometimes there are homeless people standing outside near the Redbox dispensers, so that’s kinda sketchy. I mostly come here to pick up or return a Redbox. It’s really not sketchy in terms of being dangerous, just sometimes there are people lingering around and it does make me somewhat uncomfortable. Last night, my boyfriend wanted me to go to Ralphs instead because I was by myself and it’s in a better area with less chance of people hanging right outside the Redbox machine. LOL.

Staff here are cool and helps you out with a smile. Place can be a little cramped especially at the parking lot during busy hours but this is the closest 7⁄11 in our place and other residential homes which is good.

This Asian owned 7 eleven is cool… the owner dude is always kickin’ it at the coffee bar in the AM making sure the coffee is fresh and he says hi to everyone. That’s about all i get here… maybe an occasional Big Gulp for half the price of jack in the box(in the same lot)…i grab my tacos at the Jack and my soda at the sevvy.
