If I can give zero stars I would. They literally took my money and never returned my calls.

I had an appt today between 3−5… No one ever showed up. No curtesy call. I called them to see why they never showed up but no one answers. Thank you for having wasted my time sitting around my house waiting for a repair tech. Such an unprofessional company.

This has got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. They will lie to you and make promises they can’t keep just to get your business. First they took $ 65.00 and told me they would apply it to the repair job they scheduled with me 5 days later. I think the only thing this company does is collect deposits and then wears you down until you give up. 4 weeks later, they still have not come out to fix my refrigerator. The girl that answers the phone made promises and all of them were lies. I took the day off work after she told me the parts were in and they would be out between noon and 5. I get a call that morning stating that they actually don’t have the parts and it will be 2 more weeks. She told me she would call me back the same day and two days later I had received no return calls and had to call back myself, only to hear lame excuses. You can hear kids in the background, so I have to assume this is not a real professional business and being run out of some house. I asked to speak to somebody in charge, but she won’t let you escalate to anybody else.

We did not use this company due to the poor reviews. However, we are posting this review because of what appears to be a very troubling business practice. AST Solutions is listed as the operator of the website «appli​ancere​pair​in​poway​.com». Their name appears only once at the very bottom of the website; otherwise, it is not clear who the actual repair business is. So, when Poway residents do a Yahoo search seeking someone local, they hit this website – thinking it is local. The «business» represents its address in Poway as 14 477 Twin Peaks Road. One problem: that address does not exist! (We tried to find it yesterday.) So, prospective customers should be very careful…

******BEWARE!!!***** The most UNPROFFESIONAL company I have had to deal with!!! Had to deal with this horrible business through our home insurance!!! AST unprofessional employee’s broke and damaged our stoves heating tray. Also, to make matter worst, while pulling my stove out, AST solutions damager our TRAVERTINE Tiles in our kitchen. I have been trying to get them to fix this since early JUNE 2013 and they do not return calls or follow up! I have contacted the CA licensing board!!! **** WARNING***** Watch our for LAURA and JOSE too!!!

This company not only lacks knowledgeable technicians, they also have a terrible front office and take no responsibility for the work they do. I have been trying to get a dishwasher and an ice maker fixed by this company. They already made three service calls for the dishwasher and two for ice maker and neither one is fixed. They just keep guessing on which part to replace next (each time it’s a different technician). In addition, on the last visit, the technician replaced a part in the dishwasher, and left and somehow left the dishwasher on. It proceeded to flood my entire kitchen and family room. After a $ 1000 flood repair bill, they refuse to take any responsibility claiming it was a defective part that THEIR guy put in. Somehow, they don’t feel responsible.
Buyer beware on this company, honesty and integrity are not in their vocabulary!

DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT go with this company. It will be a waste of your time and your money.

Company bills you for things, other companies would never bill for. They don’t work with their customers to make them happy when they feel overcharge for such things as restocking fees, it is all about how much money they can make from you, not about keeping a long term customer. If they worked with me on a $ 70 bill, they would have had us as a customer for life servicing several of our rental units in San Diego Area. However they felt they needed to charge a restocking fee and wouldn’t wave it, leaving me to never wanting to do business with these people in the future.

Horrible customer service and technicians who know absolutely nothing!
