Showed up at 720, they close at 730 and they said they were closed and denied us service. Bad business.

I love Baskin Robbins and it’s great that this one is near where I live and go frequently, but the reason for my low rating was the fact that I saw one of the employees (well at least I couldn’t tell because this middle-​aged lady was wearing regular clothes and not the Baskin Robbins attire) had touched some thick chocolate bag with her bare hands. The worst part was that she scraped off the chocolate on her bare hands into the chocolate container. That is disgusting. This place needs to be spied on by the health inspector because I don’t know if this happens constantly, but that sort of unsanitary stuff should not be allowed at a food store.
