There’s nothing more stressful than your car breaking down on you far from home. I was given their number by a friend that had used their services before and was very happy. I gave them a call, already having a quote from AAA for another their preferred tow company. AAA basic member will to you 7 miles then charge $ 8 – 10 per mile over PLUS a hookup fee. I needed to get from Poway to Chula Vista approx 30 miles. I called and spoke with the nice lady, then Isidro, using my «not so good» espanol, we were able to agree on a Flat Rate MUCH cheaper than AAA quoted me! He arrived promptly, hooked up the car on the flatbed and we were on our way. It was an outstanding experience, considering the circumstances. I would highly recommend them, they will definitely work with you, I understand that they need to make money as well, but they are not like other tow companies I’ve dealt with, they seem to genuinely care about getting you and your car home safely. THANK YOU.

Not sure why all the 5 stars! When I called and the lady jst said hello. Uh… Hi. Are you a towing service? O, yes… yes what’s the address? I gave her the address and told her the issue. She said she couldn’t help. She couldn’t even point me in the right direction. I called another towing company who also couldn’t help but at least told me who i needed to call to get my issue handled. Long story short, I parked off street and some idiot boxed me in. No way to get out.

LOW PRICE!!! what better way to start a review than with a price! It’s what we a really want to know LOL. We paid $ 125 FLAT RATE vs the $ ⁵⁰⁄₇₅ «hook up fee» plus $ 5−7/mile! He charged us FLAT $ 125 from Paradise Hills to Miramar!
We called at 8am and they were here within minutes! It was an older man with his very nice wife. We stated that today was our 13 yr anniversary and he proudly stated they were happily married for 44 years! AWESOME! Given that marriages don’t last much in this «modern day».
He was very efficient and had a great sense of humor. Def helped out given the situation that my clutch went out on our 04 BMW 530i.
Very pleased! Saved his phone number in case of emergency since we do have three vehicles.

This was great service, I gave their info to my mother in law after i found them online and close by. They showed up pretty quickly. Besides that, their equipment looks well taken care of and updated (not some junk truck), the couple of men that took care if it were SUPER polite, friendly and VERY professional!!! They truly deserve an awesome review!!! Call them first!!!

These guys are prompt. The best part is that they’re on-​call 24 hours a day.

I recently purchased a 1968 Mustang California Special and it’s trashed. I am restoring it back to it’s former glory and planning to use it as a daily driver. Instead of a $ 50 hook-​up fee plus big $$$ per mile, they charged me a flat rate to load it, tow it, and unload it from Poway to CV.
Alex, the truck operator, was great and did a lot of things that most companies wouldn’t. Not only did he help move it around to get it in position to tow, but placed it in my garage with the expert touch of an Olympic curler. The tires had flat spots that had been there for 20 years, the steering wheel is broken so he couldn’t tie it down but he managed the lift to slide it in perfectly.
Despite the fact that it took hours to do, he got it done right and had a great attitude. Chances are, if you’re having a car towed, your day isn’t very good anyway. If you need a tow, call these guys. It’ll save you ca$h and take the hassle out of it for you.
