This place was better than Presidio, but I HAD TO CALL THE NURSES TO TELL THEM THAT MY MOM WAS SICK AND TO SEND HER TO THE HOSPITAL. I later found out from the hospital that my mom developed the flu, AND pneumonia, and came in with 104 degree temperature!!! YES, 104!!! I was so upset. We live in North County and homeschool so I couldn’t get down there to see my mom… Luckily I know her well enough to hear from her voice that she was sick… otherwise, who knows what would have happened if I didn’t insist she go to the hospital???
So I had to go there to gather my mom’s belongings… which they held hostage until I signed a book worth of paperwork. Being that it was signed under such conditions, I hope that it isn’t legal. It was the only way I could get my mom’s laptop, clothes, etc. back! Unprofessional.

This place should not be called a «skilled nursing facility» the nurses if they are nurses are incompetent! The 2^nd worst place next to the Jacob facility. Absolutely horrible so glad we got my dad out of there.

Ok so it’s been over 3 wks and besides all the cleanliness and good nurses, the people behind the scenes, case managers office personnel are not very professional and aren’t willing to help with difficult situations. Lucy is the worst one if you get in her bad side she wants nothing to do with you, treats you like a dumb child. It very sad to have my father here being treated this way. I don’t wish this on any of Lucy’s family members. Or any of these people. Can’t wait to get my father out of here

Went to visit a friend here last night. The people seemed nice and my friend didn’t have any problems. It’s a convalescent home and it seemed clean. Only complaint was I could smell cigarette smoke from the staff smoking outside wafting in from the break room.
