Great place when you are in the time of need for money asap. Their staff is helpful and patient. I will definitely return and fyi they include a free 5 dollar gift card for Starbucks that is included for first time members only.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Horrible service. Horrible greedy people. I paid off my title loan yet they still repossessed my car and now I’m fighting to get it back. I’m taking their sorry behinds to court.

They only help their kind… I came here last November to be helped before and got turned away because I did not have a piece of mail showing my current address, because my driver’s license has a northern California address on it… I came here again yesterday hoping for a better experience, and I was wrong again. I say «their kind», which must be latino considering they were playing music that wasn’t in english and talking to each other in spanish while I was there. I overheard an employee explain to somehow on the phone how to let a customer take out a pay day loan, when they have already taken more than a few loans out somewhere else. So as I was being helped by this other young female employee, who didn’t seem very interested in helping me and never asked to see a piece of mail with my current address, even though I have the same drivers license… near the very end of all of the paperwork, she calls over the female whom I overheard on the phone. This lady explains to me why they can’t approve me for a pay day loan because I have too many out! I didn’t even bother to tell her what I had just overheard her say on the phone. So I just left and went right down the street to another one and got a loan! Lol… People amaze me these days. I really don’t want to accept that people call themselves going «above and beyond» to do their job, by assuming that because I have «too many» loans out, that I wouldn’t be able to pay them back. I need them to SURVIVE!
