In my quest for ice cream today I found this shop. Turns out it is a ice cream supplier for the ice cream truck vendors. I always wonder where ice cream trucks got there ice cream products from. This location was tucked away back in a corner at the end of a «road end» residental block. They carried popsicles, various ice cream sandwiches, push up ice cream, ice cream bars etc. Not a fancy shop, looked cluttered, had lots of products. I have never been to a shop like this before so I am not sure how it measures up to other shop of this nature as far as the appearance goes.

Just like everyone else is saying — 1) it’s in the ghetto heart of National City, don’t be scared… haha and 2) it is definitely the Costco of all ice cream/popsicle goodies!

Found myself at Los Americas outlet mall and saw that this place was really close. After reading reviews i was expecting super low prices. But it was just a few bucks cheeper and you had to buy a whole bunch(18 or 24) at least what i was looking for and they were out of it too.(oreo ice cream sandwiches) I did end up getting the frozen fruit bars which came out to be like 33¢ each($ 4 per dozen). That seems to be the best deal there. Its a small hole in the wall, I think some things are a better bargain than others, I guess it just depends what you are looking for. If you happen to make your way down to Los Americas, its worth stopping by and checking it out.

This place sells you a box of whatever you get from the ice cream man at low wholesale prices. Im fact this is where the ice cream man himself gets his ice creams that he sells to you. Yes its in the«ghetto,» get over it. If you go to school at the SWCNC campus its right down the street from there, in fact easiest directions to give any one is the the 5N exit plaza take your 2 first rights and there you are. I go to this place many times over summer, but get some variety cuz having a box of 50 fudgsicles sounds nice, but trust me it isnt

I’m eating a Blue Bunny Big Dipper as I write this!(For all you ice cream truck rookies, that’s the cheap version of a DRUMSTICK) This place is hidden in the depths of National City. Find your way there and you have hit the ice cream jackpot! First time I ever heard of this place was when the homie Will( ) used to throw parties and hand out ice cream like Planned Parenthood hands out condoms! I used to look forward to his parties just because I knew his freezer was filled with ice cream. and fish. GOOD: — buy wholesale on all your favorite ice cream that the Ice Cream Truck sales. You name it, they have it! — Anyone can come in and buy, don’t have to own a ice cream truck. — Stock up for parties or just be a fatty like me and eat the whole box! BAD: — place is hidden. gotta know your way around National City to find this place. — when you drive up to the place, it can be a little intimidating. Ice cream trucks lined up out front, you roll up in your honda civic and they give you a «where’s yo ice cream truck foo» look. UGLY: — I grew up chasing down the ice cream truck. that familiar tune that brings a smile to your face when you hear it. Now every time I think of the ice cream truck I hear this damn tune: Now imagine a truck playing this song. Would you run and chase it down or run away from it? I think I’d run into the street and start dancing in front of it, but that’s just me =)

Official supplier for your local ice cream truccs. Wholesale, best prices in town(costco of ice cream). My dad never wanted us to buy from the ice cream man so he took us to where they get their supplies(he’s either cheap or smart). All the ice cream you want(favorites: strawberry shortcake, 50⁄50 bars, drumsticcs, chamoy). They even got mexican candy for sale(vero balls, lucas, wheels with the sauce). Dont be shy, you dont have to be an ice cream man to shop there. Try to get sticcers like the ones on the side of ice cream truccs(friends love em). Just go buy ice cream and put your ice cream truccs out of business(slang ice cream from your garage).
