This guy has the WORST customer service of ANY sub-​contractor I have ever worked with, and we have extensively remodeled our home. He has done thousands of dollars of work for me, the last being major bathroom renovations. Half of my projects are displayed on his web site. He used a stain or finish that HE recommended, that began to peel within the first year of application. It didn’t tolerate the humid environment of a bathroom. We have been attempting for over a year to get him to work with us and come up with a reasonable, mutually agreeable resolution to fix the situation. He avoids all phone calls and emails. Other wood workers don’t want to fix someone else’s work, so we are stuck for now. Once he has your money, you better hope your project is perfect and never needs repair from him.
