I brought 4 documents to be frame in the store on July 2, 2014. I was told by Manny that it would be ready on July 18, 2014. I readily agreed and was told to pay half as down payment and the balance would be paid during pickup which I did. Fast forward to 9:45 am, July 18, 2014, I called just a few minutes ago to check if it is ready and was told by Manny that it is still on top of the table being worked on. Manny said that they have been busy and that they haven’t gotten to it. I told Manny that it would be nice and professional if he would call me ahead of time to tell me about it. I told him that if I just went there to pick it up as agreed, it would have been a waste of my time and of course my gas to have done it. He said he understand and he would take it in seriously. Manny went on to say that it would be ready on Tuesday, July 22, 2014. I reminded him to call me ahead of time if he could not make it on time. He said yes… we shall see. Did I mention that Manny did not even apologized for the delay?
