McDonald’s

So i came today to eat lunch, and the were giving free sample of smoothies! I thought that was pretty awesome! The crew was really nice. My burger was good and my fries were fresh! First time getting like really crunchy fries at a fast food rest. Anyway my overall experience was 100% good! (Tip: ask for fresh fries, they take like 3min and trust me its worth the wait)

Worst service ever! We went there for lunch the other day omg we waited almost twenty minutes. Wouldn’t have waited if I didn’t already pay. While waiting they did apologize and gave us free meal cards but cars kept paying us by while we still waited… After taking forever and handing over the food driving of we notice the order it’s wrong. Can’t believe after all that time you can get an simple order right

I stopped in here to use up my buy one/​get one free coupon for the mini bundt cakes. I ordered them, and when I went to pay, the cashier told me the total was $ 5.98 for the pancakes. WTF! I said for bundt cakes are $ 1.99 for two! She said oops, and put the correct order in, then she didn’t know how to ring up the coupon, and had to ask the manager how to do it.
Anyway, I got my four chocolate mini bundt cakes, and they were delicious! But if I get another coupon, I’ll go to a different McDonald’s next time.

Are you kidding me $ 7.92 for an egg mc muffin and an oj. Talk about price gouging. Sad to say the Golden Arches is no longer worth my patronage.

Need management I had to pull over in front and wait for a hash brown 5 mins then walked in like really.

Just had an interestingly, «I’d rather drive down the street to the other McDonald’s next time» experience trying to order just a grilled chicken sandwich and a mocha frappé. The 2 signs on the drive thru call the Number 7 by 2 different names (grilled chicken deluxe & artisan grilled chicken) which confused the McD worker… and when I ordered a Mocha Frappé the person kept asking «Carmel or Mocha?» a couple more times as if that doesn’t get annoying. Ok, maybe the person was new or the intercom had a malfunction but I doubt it and for those 2 items I had to park in the waiting spot. The place wasn’t even busy. Annoying enough that I spent the time to write this review.

The fact that I am taking time out of my day to write a review about how bad this McDonalds is should be a sign that it is easily the worst that I have EVER been to. I live around the corner and have been to this location well over 30 times in the year that I have lived in National City. The first couple of times I thought maybe it would get better, but it’s actually gotten worse. I’ve had them get entire orders completely wrong, wrong drink, wrong sauce, wrong fucking meal, and all that takes is hearing the number I say. I’ve ordered a large fry and gotten it less than half full, I’ve ordered sweet tea that tasted like it was made with dirt, and had burgers that were burned to a goddamn black crisp. Their incompetence truly knows no end. Do yourself a favor and go to any other place, go to 7 – 11 and order a pizza and it will take half as long and be twice the quality of the trash this place is pushing out.

They didn’t get the order correct, the fries taste old, ordering takes a long time, they didn’t put all of my food in a bag even though I asked for everything to go. They also didn’t have a boys toy for my sons kids meal. I’m fine with them not having the toy because McDonalds is popular but they didn’t offer anything as a substitute or exchange. They could have at least told me before I completed the order that was I could have told my son and he wasn’t disappointed when he found no toy in the happy meal.

Worst McDonald’s I ever been to, I worked for McDonalds almost 18 years and visited hundreds of McDonalds in USA and in Mexico and his is the worst, I come almost once a month and 95% of the time I leave disappointed.

Thought inside was slow? Drive thru is just as bad. Nothing fast food about this location

This is the worst McDonalds EVER!!! Unless everyone in front of me ordered half the menu there is no reason I should have the time to write a damn Unilocal review in the drive thru!!! I will drive the extra mile to find a different location next time for sure. I get its McDonald’s and I only come for the frappes but good lord these fools want $ 15 bucks an hour but are slow and can’t get an order right pleeeeease betta go back to school Mr and Mrs mcflipburger!

They are always forgeting something. If its not barbecue sauce it’s my apple pie and if it’s not the apple pie, you get the point. I never leave without throwing away their «double checked» sticker out the window and checking it myself before driving off.

Avoid at all cost. This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. They can’t even make coffee right. Two days in a row they either didn’t know how to make coffee with cream and sugar or choose to make it wrong. The drive thru attendant cursed out the poor guy behind me at the speaker and the manager was present both times. The parfait was frozen both times I ordered it. Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Horrible. I know it’s fast food and not meant to be fancy but all I ask is that they’re consistent with the food.
My hot and spicy had probably been sitting out all day. Fries were barely salted.
Made the mistake of coming back the next morning for coffee. Thought they made it wrong so I drive back and it was still gross.

The service here is horrendous. Do NOT come here if you’re on your way to work — you WILL be late.
Never have I witnessed such slow service. Every time I come here.
I just waited twenty minutes to get my food. The girl taking my money didn’t say hi or smile — just grabbed my card, swiped & said «here» when she handed it back.
