well to start staff at this office is very rude, especial one lady patrica that works there very bad addatuide and customer service rude, they need to change staff, i would never go to this office. i work with alot of drs offices and i will make sure pepole the kind of staff member they have.

As a first time patient at this facility with a new medical provider I was nervous and anxious about this initial visit. The location is central to downtown (plaza & highland) National City. They’re limited to street parking but the park across the street makes up for any inconvenient 2 – 3 block walk. Kind of an older building from the outside. I had to look for multiple concurring signage just to be sure i was at the correct address. there were a handful of smiling women behind the desk being very helpful and awesome. I’m used to going to a new office and the nurses and receptionists being very lame and jaded. not these women. I was registered and in queue for a walk in to see a dr.
overall, the first impression was extremely positive. wait time on this friday morning was very reasonable. the service: exceeds expectations. my dr explained everything and gave me tons of info, a script and a couple shots i was due for since i was there already.
I hate to say it but I cant wait to go back. hopefully not any time soon tho.
