Never go to Geek Squad at Best Buy again! My hard drive tanked after dropping my laptop and Michael had it fixed in less than 24 hours and was able to save most of my important documents and pictures. Even rescued my iTunes music that is uploaded from my CD collection. Very professional and courteous. Would definitely use them again if I have computer issues.

If you are looking for a trustworthy computer repair team, Nerdztoo is where you will want to go! They are very reasonably priced especially for how hard they work for the customer! My experience was nothing but satisfactory.
Just to give you a glimpse of my experience. I was getting ready for a move and requested my computer back the same day of drop off if possible. The teammate (Michael) that was helping me said he would do his best, and he proved that to me. He kept me in the loop as for what steps he was taking via email, when he came across important documents on my pc when reformatting it, he helped me by saving the documents and putting it back on once the PC even though I mistakenly told him I had everything off my hard drive. He even put a requested programs on my PC when I called him randomly before he drove to my house and dropped it off for me! (He was not able to get the computer to me the same day but that definitely was not his fault or a lack of effort!) Watch out Geek Squad!

What a great business. Recently we had trouble with the computer for our store. It’s a Christmas store in December so we were frantic. But Michael and the NerdzToo team got us back up and running in one day. Their rate was extremely, I would even say overly, reasonable. On top of it they are super nice guys. The icing on the cake? These guys are military so you are literally supporting our troops.

Michael was so professional and SPEEDY! I dropped my 2 (very old) MacBooks off on a Friday afternoon and they were ready by Saturday afternoon. Michael is knowledgeable and clean up, updated and repaired our laptops beautifully. I also think it’s great that he is Active Duty and he and his spouse run this business from their home. The prices are right and it’s so great to do business with another military family. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will spread the word about their business.
