Pizza Hut

5÷10÷16 at 739 crew. People here really hate their jobs, walked in we werent even welcomed employes looking at us like fml, we were standing in front of the register for like 5min everyone looking at us but nothing? My wife said she had a question lady just straight ignored her, then a guy comes over with a bad attitude. I dont recommend this spot, people walking around mad hating their lives bringing their personal probles to the working enviroment, need some management to teach how to treat people who come and spend their money there, rated it 1 star but should be 0 stars bad costumer service bad attitudes and horrible employees.

So i send my girl to get a pizza for carry~out, and she comes out with a large pepperoni with chicken and I noticed that she only has four napkins. I tell her that she needs to go back and get some more. It takes four napkins just to suck up the grease on the pizza. What about your face? I mean this junk food is very messy to eat, most of the time. She comes back with another four napkins. She tells me that the «stupid» girl tells her «didn’t i just give you some?» The pizza was okay but when a restaurant is skimpy with the napkins, that just pisses me off! Plus the stupid attitude makes it worse. This place gets two stars and a reason not to buy from here again.
This happened @ around 7:25pm 4÷27÷16 Her name I think was Gabby.

I’m so glad they moved because the old Pizza Hut would have homeless people sleeping in it. And the bathrooms always had a weird person doing drugs in them haha.
This one is much cleaner more nicer.

I went to the buffet today and I must say it was pretty tasty especially for Pizza Hut which I typically don’t like. The restaurant was clean and updated. It seemed there was only one guy working which made it a tad slow on getting food out. However, he held it down and had great customer service, which always make slower service tolerable. I’d go for lunch again.

Ordered through the pizzahut app. The order came before the time quoted. Driver was nice. Food was amazing.

They don’t acknowledge their special deals just so you can pay more. I asked the server Gustavo why he didn’t tell me about it after I paid and he lifted his shoulders and said «oh wells» like seriously? Pissed me the fuck off. And he was talking to the workers at the back while I was ordering. So rude! Never going back here ever.

We like this new location pretty neat and clean. Our server was a nice young lady very attentive to customers. We ordered chicken Alfredo pasta good for 2 with breadsticks for $ 9.00 pretty good deal we all share. The Hershey’s chocolate brownie is out of this would freshly baked from the oven super delish ! I tried it and it was bomb! $ 5.99. My son got a free personal pan pizza from his school reading coupon reward. Overall experience was great and awesome CS. Will be back soon on this location.

Terrible service !!! Called to place an order and waited 10 min on the phone and no answer !!!

We were very disappointed. Ordered a pizza for the kids and this is what we got. Cold with hardly any cheese.

Love the new place and what they did. The new menu is awesome too. Always go here to munch on some buffalo pizza or chicken supreme, love those!
However, I’ve had some bad experiences with bad management. My order came in an hour late, apparently the pizza was burned. So there I was waiting for an hour. I was about to leave but I’m a regular here, and I didn’t want to waste an hour of my time.
But the waiter talked to her manager and they gave us the pizza for free plus whatever else I wanted. So I grabbed an order of wings as well. That was a great way to redeem themselves and not lose a regular. Thanks guys.
Lately I haven’t had any trouble ordering my pizza either. The management has been dealt with.

Went in for the Lunch buffet. They’ve raised the price, and automatically make you get the soft drink, when I use to simply get water. I ordered chicken wings with my buffet meal. 8 for $ 7.00 What I got were tiny little small quail legs. Absolute B.S. when I asked for Ranch dressing, I was told «We charge extra for that», ABSOLUTELY B.S. they used to include salad with the meal, now it’s extra, even though they raised the price of the buffet.
Buffet pizza is not the answer here. Not a lot of favor, all thin crust. Asked if any pasta was going to make it out, and it took them over 20 minutes to bring it out. Waited 30 minutes for a refill of my added, forced upon me soft drink.
Not a good experience folks.

I will definitely start going to a different location. I typically order the most basic pizza on the menu and I rarely customize with any add-​ons. Yet they managed to still mess up my order on two different occasions. Attention to detail is definitely not their strong suit and that’s enough for me to try elsewhere.

I’ve ordered here twice in the last month, pizza is perfect and so is the customer service. Always welcomed at the door, dinning area is always clean, overall I love this location!

They messed up on my order for the 2^nd time.
Never calling in for delivery… I’ll just pick it up myself.
Please get your service straightened out.
You guys be giving the wrong pizzas to the wrong customers.

So i get here and can’t dine in because they allowed a party to take up the entire building. Then they didnt have a enough staff to clean up after a large party plus then ran out of large pizza dough.

This is a fairly new location, strip-​center style, after a move a couple hundred meters from their former spot, a purpose-​built Pizza Hut with the characteristic architecture. It sits forlornly vacant after many months…
I make a habit of ordering pizza via the PH website, which has unfailingly provided timely and hot-​from-​the-​oven pizza for pickup. My drive time for pickup matches the time to prepare and cook the pies, proving to me there is a God out there somewhere.
The newly-​revamped pizza menu is very interesting, and worth trying, especially using the special offers delivered via E-​mail. Can’t go wrong.
I served two pizzas and a box of wings for a casual family gathering. .. And after placing the slices of pizza on plates, several commented about the «artisan» pizza and great flavors. I eventually mentioned it was from Pizza Hut, and got some incredulous looks. The slices disappeared quickly, and stunted conversation for a little while, since everybody was stuffing their pie-​holes.
The box of wings, on the other hand, was unremarkable. I ordered bone-​in, and got boneless, which were a little tough.
Pizza was the star, though. And why not, since «Pizza» is the company’s first name.

I received excellent service from Nikki. I was seated immediately. The décor in the restaurant is also more modern than other dine-​in a Pizza Hut restaurants. I only gave my review 4 stars because the floor near my table wasn’t entirely clean unfortunately.

Ahhhhh our favorite server, Sue, retired Jan 2014 which was the year of transition from the old Pizza Hut location (near the Starbucks in the same Plaza but more closer to the freeway entrance) to this new location that neighbors Hanaoka Sushi. Yup. Everything here is brand spankin new — the tables, the signs, the décor, pans… Its nice but my husband and I are so sad that their wings at the former location is nonexistent here. YES ITS TRUE wingstreet has taken over :((minus one star). Why can’t the old wings come along too? Bah! Oh well — the employees at the old Pizza Hut restaurant all moved here too :) tis very nice to see their familiar friendly faces!
Favorite pie: Pan Crust Pepperoni pizza with EXTRA SAUCE (secret: extra sauce is free and it makes such a difference in the pizza! You won’t need the extra cheese! You’re welcome! ;P)

This is a «new» location as they moved a few buildings away from the original location.
I expected there to be a GREAT improvement in service & food since this is a new place. I ordered a pizza online & it said it would be ready at a certain time. I arrived at the location a few minutes after that time & my pizza wasn’t even put in the oven to make yet.
I was obviously upset because I ordered to pick up because I was in a rush & the cashier didn’t even apologize or anything. He just asked me if I would like to pay while I wait. That is horrible.
Food late/​bad customer service.
Not visiting this location for a while, hopefully they can pull it together soon.

I’m done with this location. Every time I’ve gone here I’ve gotten terrible service. I just went there and the restaurant was completely empty because me and one person ahead of me. I had to stand there for 10 minutes before I was finally helped. I get home and opened the box, and half the pizza doesn’t have fucking cheese on it.
Last time I went there I was told I would be helped in just a moment. After I waited 20 minutes still standing there, I left and went to the Pizza Hut location on Plaza Blvd and placed my order as soon as I got there and I was out in 10 minutes. I just wanted a quick pepperoni pizza. Should have went to god damn Little Ceasars, jesus christ.
