This notary public is a thief. Do not go here at all. Abraham Teran lies to people who needs a notarized letter saying he needs to type it otherwise is not legal. He then charges them $ 35 dollars or even more for a document that shouldn’t be more than $ 10 dollars. He lies to Spanish speaking people because most of the general public does not know that a notary public seal should never be more than $ 10 dollars. I am so furious to see a lot of people being lied to and ripped off by this individual who doesn’t even deserve to carry a seal!!! DO NOT FEED THIS THIEF ANY OF YOUR HARD WORKED MONEY!!!

My wife and I really appreciated the service that we received from the notary that assisted us. We had to let our community know that there is a place that they could go and get excellent service. At reasonable price. $ 20.00 for papers to be notorized. Very friendly and kind. Most of all he loves God!
