Made a call to see if they could fix a hose for me. I was told yes bring it in and let me take a look at it. That sounded nice and friendly to me so no problem. The next night I stopped by and arrived at 4:01, they close at 4:00, and let me tell you the place was closed and the parking lot was pad locked shut, just that quick. So I stopped back at 8:00 the next morning. I walked into the shop and the guy sat there and stared at me until I greeted him. I never understand when I walk into your shop and I have to initiate the conversation. I showed him the hose that I needed repaired and he said«You see that sign?» The sign said that they don’t repair hoses that they did not sell. So I had to inform him that I told someone on the phone(which by the way was the guy I was talking to, pretty sure his name was Martin) that I needed a hose fixed that I sold to a customer and he told me to bring it in, and no I could not see the sign over the phone. They did fix the hose and did a nice job with it. The only reason they are getting a 3 and not a 2 or 1 is because they did fix the hose. But in the future they should tell people over the phone that they don’t repair other peoples hoses, so they don’t waste their time. And if you can’t be friendly then get out of customer service.
