Good Housekeeping

This place has the MOST HORRIFIC customer service I have EVER encountered. I have contacted the BBB (Filed a complaint) and KDKA’s Marty Griffin to get resolution to a job that was started in MAY of this year, yes almost 6 months ago!!! I have had Jeff to my house to personally see what was not finished in these last 6 months. Three appliances that are still in the same shape they were in 6 months ago! $ 550 down the drain! Nick wanted to sell me all new appliances BEFORE he even heard of what the issues were with the appliances I was contacting them about!!! BEWARE PEOPLE!!! BEWARE!!! I have reached out to THEM numerous times to get resolution, I am out of patience. Just yesterday I was told by Susan that I would get a call by 6pm for a solution to my problem. NO CALL!!! You can never get a call back from these people! To say I am frustrated is the least!!!
