Accurate Electrical Contractors

An update to my review of Accurate Electric Contractors. Zaim responded instantly to my post with a quote. Not sure what happened to his original email, but he cleared up any confusion.

These guys were great! Super professional and friendly — from the first call back through the entire service, even cleaned up after themselves! Hung a few lights, even a really heavy one and replaced a bunch of old switches. Highly recommend Accurate Electric!

My wife and I had purchased a new electric range for our kitchen. Our electrical was still from 15 years ago, meaning the original stove was hard-​wired and did not have a plug. I’ve had problems in the past with getting electricians to call me back, so I was completely surprised when Zaim called me back the same day I left a message. Zaim advised me to call him back when the new stove would be delivered and he would come give me a hand.
The range arrived, so I called Zaim and left a message. He called me back within 2 hours and told me that he was currently at another job, but that he would be able to come by the next day to hook up the new outlet. Zaim showed up, as promised, and hooked up the new outlet pretty quickly.
Zaim was prompt, courteous and kept in touch by phone over the 2 days that we were setting up a time for him to come. I would definitely recommend Accurate Electrical Contractors to anyone who needs electrical work done — from a simple outlet, to a larger job. I am keeping his card handy!

Accurate Electric exceeded our expectations. What we thought was a simple circuit breaker change turned into a complete electrical panel replacement and a few other wiring replacements. Luckily for us they are very patient and methodical about their work. They were able to pin point the problem was faulty wiring in the hot water heater, a GFI, and a wall outlet, all of which were actually burning/​melting behind the face plate. Many thanks to them for their rapid service and very professional staff. Although the work was more than we had expected, they were honest and up front about it and without them finding the issues it would not have been long before we had larger problems. On time, on budget, and excellent work!

Recently we lost power due to a tree ripping the power lines off from our house at 4AM on a Sunday morning. After the electric company re-​attached the power lines to the house, we still needed an electrician to repair the meter and attach it to the main power line.
We called 7 companies who supposedly offered 24 hour emergency service, and only 1 called us back. Granted this was at 4PM on a Sunday, but 24 hour emergency service should mean just that. Accurate Electrical called us back within 5 minutes, and said they would be here in an hour. Not only did they show up when promised, they worked in the dark, and had us back up and running in just under 2 hours. On top of that, the work was top notch and the bill was extremely fair considering the time and conditions.
I highly recommend Accurate Electrical, and we’ll be using them for all of our electrical needs from now on.
